I ordered 2 sweaters for my dogs on December 6. I received an email saying that they shipped on Dec. 10. Today is Dec. 29, and I still haven’t received no package. Tracking the package is useless because it doesn’t tell you where the package is. Not very happy with my experience with the company. I will not order again.

If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. It’s been 16 days and I have still not received my items. This was supposed to be received before Christmas, 3-5 day shipping. Clearly false advertising. It should also be noted packages come from China and you can’t track them - when you try you get a generic message saying it’s being processed.

Such a disappointment. Waited weeks for the Flower Dog Sweater and was sent Dog Holiday Pajamas. Not even close to what I ordered. Can’t even use these as my dog will not tolerate anything around the base of her tail.

Really liked the order I received. The sizes were spot on and are keeping my dogs nice and warm. However I was not real happy about how long it took me to receive my order.

Placed order December 7, still have not received it. This was a Christmas present. Try to track order and it comes up, It’s in transit. Have no clue if I’ll ever get it. Thought the product was really cute, but not worth the hassle of trying to find my order. John K Update, received order Dec31, product is amazing, soft well made, mailed it out to my friend. She loves it. I would order it again as a gift, But do it in October.

One of the most comfortable sweaters I own and on top of that my 4 legged best friend can match me!!

Horribly slow shipping and inadequate customer service. I placed an order the last week of November, plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. Still nothing as of Dec. 29. The tracking showed the package sat in Chicago for 11 days without moving. The excuse from customer support was that delays should be expected around the holidays.
