Terrible 3 times I was told my order was at final destination. I ordered on 12/6/2024 it still has not arrived

I still don’t have my order and it’s been over a month. No update through tracking

I ordered an extra large as our Lilly is a golden retriever. It is so small it can barely fit a chihuahua. So disappointed.

The inside of the sweatshirts are deluxe! They feel like velvet. Very impressed with the quality.

I originally had a rough experience, but the company reached out and was more than kind in their help and resolutions. The product is very nice, and their size chart to decide on what size for your pet is very helpful. Shipping isn’t super quick but the product did arrive as ordered.

Didn’t realize it would take so long for the order to arrive, the date I needed it for has come and gone. Was ordered on 12/5 and it still hasn’t arrived…

The hoodies seem to be of great quality and the colours are lovely. I had a hiccup with the sizing at first, but their customer service is unparalleled and everything got sorted out. Will definitely order again! My dog loves her new hoodie and others made for good gifts.

Great product and customer service. However, the shipping information was pretty vague. Very happy with my purchase.

I was so excited to purchase matching Christmas Santa pj’s for my Frenchies and daughters. Order was placed on Dec 5th. Still not delivered! Suppose to be shipped in 8-10 business days. My girls were super disappointed. Please note all Items are shipped/made in china, not US. I reached out to customer service multiple times, no resolution. Shows shipping from warehouse, no updates. Only risk if you have lots of time. Cute outfits
