Outstanding customer service. The items arrived today, great fit for my stafford pit for now. I also purchased a matching sweatshirt for myself and it’s a great fit. I will be purchasing more items in the future. I started getting emails with a link stating that there was an error with my address and was instructed to click on what looked liked the USPS official site and the give away was this odd looking long digit at the very top. I received several of these bogus requests to update for a re-delivery but it wanted a credit card for the re-delivery fee. Just be aware that there are some shady people out there trying to steal from your customers. I had enough sense not to click the link I informed my post office. Thank you again for your lovely quality product

I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews on here. I almost didn’t get my package I had to email them multiple times and that and I’m having a problem with the pjs and I’ve been fighting them for days trying to get a refund and they block me on face DO NOT BUY from this company

They said it was shipping from US but was actually from China. The item never arrived and then Spark Paws sends me an email saying great! It arrived but attached the tracking showing it was a failed delivery. So now I have no idea where the package is, no one contacted me other than to tell me it was delivered. I would never have purchased it if they said it came from china.

The product was as expected, but the delivery took forever. Had I known that this was being shipped from China, I would not have ordered it and I have no intention of ordering again.

Still have yet to receive order hasn’t moved in weeks from somewhere in China according to tracking. I’ve tried to contact customer service and I’m getting nowhere
