Okayish customer service - nothing outstanding

My order was lost in transit. Frustratingly, it did get to my local courier but they couldn't find the parcel - obviously not Spark Paws fault. But I wish after 8 days and no tracking updates that this was handled swiftly, instead of being reassured it would arrive in time for Christmas. Was offered $5 as a goodwill gesture, when asked for this in £'s told they only do $ which... For less than £4 I wasn't really interested and declined. They still sent it me if course 🙃 Ultimately, after 2 weeks they admitted it was lost and asked if I wanted a replacement (for comparison, the company I work for will act on missing parcels after 48hrs of no tracking updates). It would be too late for Christmas but thought I could at least enjoy them for next Christmas, alas the items I bought were out of stock now. I probably won't purchase again. I know parcels can get lost from time to time but it's how you deal with the problem that matters and this didn't give me all that much confidence.

I ordered a set on 12/13/24 and am still waiting for this to be delivered to me. I have contacted the company and there response is from a Robo center. Very unhappy with them at this point and ready to take action to get a refund/stop payment. This was a Christmas gift very disappointed. Elizabeth Cobb

It’s been 20 days and I still haven’t received it. When I ordered there was no hint that it would take this long to receive. It was a gift and I missed both Xmas and her bday. And I ordered three weeks ahead

23 days later and I still don’t have my order….

I ordered on december 4th. The website says order by the 9th for arrival by Christmas. It’s dec 27th and I still haven’t received my item. Customer service has been awful. They keep telling me arrive by dates and information that’s incorrect. They offered me a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience- can’t buy anything on their website for that and I’m not going to be giving them any more money. I asked for a refund because I had to buy a different Christmas gift since their product never arrived and they refused. I’m not convinced they’re a real company at this point. We’ll see if I ever get what I ordered….

I strongly advise against purchasing products from the Sparkpawswebsite. To begin with, they recommend completely random clothing sizes. I followed their guidelines which indicated an XXXL for a Labrador, and in fact, comparing the raincoat I ordered with the Hurtta raincoat I had been using for at least 12 years, the sizes did not match, in fact half of the dog's back was covered. No problem, I ask for a return and I am informed that I have 2 options: either donate 50 euros of raincoat to a local kennel (I imagine that in a kennel it could be more useless than a 50 euro raincoat to me) Otherwise I could have made the return MY EXPECTATIONS... unfortunately I bought the raincoat in a hurry and I did not stop to think about shipping and returns but I think it is the first time in many years of online purchases of any kind and from any part of the world that there is a shop with returns IN EUROPE that does not offer free returns, I would have understood if it had been outside Europe, but I made the return by shipping to Germany.
