Sizing is confusing. So it's easy to get the wrong size the 1st time. I wouldn't mind, if the shipping didn't take a whole month for the clothes to arrive. Got XL 1st and thats for tiny dogs Still confusing Got 4XL this time around for my rottie The shirts fit but the hoodies are too big....im not going back and fourth with shipping anymore....frustrating. If you got patience order at the website, if not Amazon.

The hoodies arrived in a timely manner and seemed to be of great quality. I bought matching hoodies as gifts for my daughter and her dog. I think this is the third order I’ve placed with SparkPaws and I’ve always been happy 😊

- Shipping times are unreliable, this company is based in China so shipping could be days or weeks. I ordered a set and it arrived in 6 days from inside the US but needed to make an exchange and it came from China. It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting on a Christmas gift.

The size chart was very helpful! We bought a different outfit for our pup and it was 3 sizes too big. I was very worried. But the spark paws hoodie for perfectly and we live the little leash hole in the back!

Wonderful PJ’s

The pajamas themselves seem to be of high quality, but it took over 2 weeks to delivery when ordered on 11/18, and at 4 weeks after requesting a size exchange, I did not receive my holiday pajamas. Even worse, emails go days without response so their choice to ship via slow services that take 2-3 weeks is not working. Very disappointed.

I ordered 5 items on 12/9 thinking that would be plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. However, apparently everything comes from China and the order did not arrive until 12/23 or 12/24, after I had already left for my holiday trip to see my dad. I went back to the website and unfortunately there is no area to process a return, so I have emailed them directly. I found buried in all of their emails that you have one hour after the order confirmation to cancel or otherwise no refunds. This is is just really an unfortunate way to do business and now I'm out $123 and have 5 products I don't need and no way to return them.
