Takes ALMOST a MONTH to get my dogs items! I love the clothing,they have a decent to good variety BUT it takes to long to get delivered! Ordered Dec..7th an it's the 26th AND it's NOT in the United States yet! That's Ridiculous. Better luck next time IF I give them another chance!!

Sizing wasn't even close. Tried to return and refund but no information on how was given. Paypal then sided with the vendor saying that the product wasn't missold. As others have mentioned, tracking was none existent, took 3 weeks to get here after presenting as being UK based. Complete sham.

Terrible company and customer service…
Terrible company and customer service is beyond inefficient. I purchased a item in L and a item in XL unfortunately neither item fit which I can understands that my dog in “in between sizes” I have since been communicating with customer service who take over 2-3 days to respond firstly said they would send a “replacement” item in the right size and for me to keep one of them. They haven’t posted any “replacement” items and due to days and days between responses I had to carry the items to return with me for days as there is no formal return procedure their customer service has to give instructions on how to return. After receiving instructions and spending $16.20 to send all items back tracked using UPS, I’ve misplaced the return receipt due to it being Christmas etc. and flown from The USA to Australia and the will not issue me with a refund as I haven’t given them the tracking receipt? So where do the so called returned items go? I’ve put all my details as instructed and I’m now out of pocket over $100 for the goods plus shipping. I’ve told them I’m more than happy to wait for the refund until the receive the goods and apologised I lost the receipt but they won’t agree. The product is good if it fits but the customer service and returns policy is terrible and I’d never buy again.

I completely messed up the size on my order, I contacted Spark Paws to arrange a return and they offered me an exchange which I jumped at as though the wrong size the quality of the dog sweatshirts were top notch. They then told me I didn't have to send the others back and I was able to donate them to my local rescue centre. Excellent quality, great price and helpful service thank you

Soft & comfy but reflective strip peeled off immediately
I wish I could give 5 stars because my dog hasn’t taken his hoodie off since we got it. It’s super comfy & fits perfectly. Unfortunately, the reflective part on the back started peeling off on day 2 & since we live in the northeast that was important for our evening walks. The other things was shipping was very slow.

Ordered multiple items. Took well over 3 weeks for delivery, missing Christmas. No communication to us that the shipment would be this long and miss the holiday. Company used for shipment gives very few and useless updates, and is very difficult to contact. Will not be ordering again. (Edit: they mention below that the order arrived “just in time for Christmas” - it did not. We had to travel, leaving on Christmas Eve, and the package didn’t arrive until after 8 pm on Christmas night. Hardly “in time.” Also, the reply below marks the first and only communication they’ve given regarding any delay in shipment - weeks after and only after a poor review. )

Ordered from this company almost a month ago never received the items and tracking is Chinese. So the movement in the items in transit is vague!!! So not buy from this company, I talked to customer service which is hard to get ahold of and they said I had to wait 21 days. It does not say that in shipping email at all. They wouldn’t give me my money back either!
