Absolutely fantastic company from office staff to guys on the floor in particular Paul and Neil. On changing my mind on collection of tiles they helped me pick another and advised me accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble they loaded to van for us making the whole experience hassle free. The tiles are beautiful and contemporary and of great quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Thank you for all your help and patience.

The tiles are beautiful so very happy with that. However, the delivery was outrageous - the only delivery option was “express delivery” for £38 yet they left it on the street outside my building. Would not order from here unless you have your builders on site on the day of delivery.

Ordered ten packs of tiles but one out of the ten packs arrived damaged. The team were very helpful in reviewing evidence and sending out a replacement for delivery next week. So far, it’s been a really positive experience.

I ordered some Terrazo Tiles for as a sample (I ordered loads as samples actually in the preceding months!) and finally decided on the Arlo Light ones. I realised that the Warehouse was based in the outskirts of Manchester, so I ordered these for collection on the week of the Easter weekend and they were available to collect the next day. Porcelain Superstore were really flexible with collection timings as well. I picked them up on the Thursday before Good Friday. I had to call to order due to collecting, and this ordering process on the phone was really smooth - I believe the staff member as called Shirley but I don't recall - I'm sure you'll be able to see from the order though. Only thing I would say, I couldn't find the warehouse for the life of me (maybe my terrible navigation skills)! I'd strongly recommend having a What3Words on the pick up email! Before I picked them up, I noticed that they had a Bank Holiday sale on - so I asked a lovely man called Paul (who helped me pack the tiles into my car) to see if they would offer this Bank Holiday discount as I'd only just picked up the tiles and they said yes! So I received an extra 10% off the tiles. The service I have received from Porcelain Superstore has been fantastic from start to finish & I would 100% order from them again. The tiles are beautiful in the kitchen (I must send some pictures for Social Media), and we fitted them ourselves with not too much bother. We do have a spare box and I was told when we picked them up I can return them if I want for a full refund - but we may also do the utility in these tiles so I will keep hold of them for a week or so longer until we decide! Overall great experience and I wouldn't hesitate ordering from Porcelain Superstore again - particularly with the collection function as it was a super easy process once I found the warehouse! I also just wish Porcelain Superstore had a show room to showcase all the beautiful tiles!

Fantastic customer service - I had 2 queries which I sent via email, and both times I had a response within the hour. Really helpful, friendly staff and the tiles arrived on time and are of great quality. I will definitely be using this company again.
