This company delivered 80m2 from Manchester to Cornwall the next day. Beautiful days and I calculated saving £1300 from two local shops here. And it was free delivery unlike the £50 they were trying to charge me down here! The two ladies I spoke to on the phone were very very helpful too.

I ordered twice from them and delivery dates are slow missing the dates that we had the tiler booked in for dates. We over ordered on the second order from the advice of the tiler and wanted to send the tiles back but was advised that they don't take them back. Makes no sense as they are brand new and un-open and I', already paying the pallet cost to send them back. Under the government website they are obliged to give refunds and accept returns. What they hell do I want to do with extra tiles around the house. Case is still open and I'm following up with them but not recommended to anyone. Stay away.

I was hesitant of ordering from this company after being told not to order tiles online from my tiler. However, the staff I dealt with went beyond my expectations (as did the lovely delivery lady) and I’m over the moon with the tiles supplied (beautiful Spanish terracotta tiles). Really poor service and customer support. DO NOT ORDER or waste your time. Missed my delivery dates twice which means no tiles for builders. No communication, passive-aggressive staff. Always have an answer for everything, no apology, no communication to tell me my order wasn't going to be delivered. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. No one answers and phone mailbox is always full so no way of contacting them.

Was told, at 14:00 on the day of delivery after waiting since 08:00, that my tiles had been broken and replacements would not be available for 3 months. Not much good when you have builders waiting on them. In addition the reviews on the site are skewed as most are written based on samples, which you get 5% discount for. They also don't seem to put poor reviews on their website, I made it clear my reviews were about samples, for the 5% discount, & none of them appeared.

The products are perfect and exactly what we wanted. They're going to look great in the bathroom/kitchen. Delivery came when it said it was going to. The driver was polite and helpful and assisted in inspecting for damage. The tiles were well packaged and well wrapped. Customer service were responsive to my enquiries. Wish there was slightly more communication on delivery day to let you know a timeslot as it's a lot of waiting around. I also wish you got slightly longer to inspect for damage - most people don't install their tiles the day of the arrival. There's a lot of mixed reviews on here and i was originally cautious but I'm happy with the product and would use them again.

Avoid. We placed a substantial order which was dumped in the road. Raised this with customer service and was told this is "completely normal". I disagree as kerbside delivery should be left in a safe and secure place. They just blamed the delivery company which they choose to partner with and didn't want to know, but if you take the order, and the money then the company should ensure appropriate delivery. Will use "YourTiles" in the future for a much better customer experience.

Overall good experience with this company, customer service were friendly and quick to send out replacement tiles for the those broken in the delivery. Unfortunately the tiles in the second box they sent out were all cracked but luckily had enough to finish the job. Tiles were as described and happy with the quality and pricing.

After reading so many awful reviews we were nearly put off but we gave PS a go. The samples arrived very quickly and were really good so we ordered our bathroom tiles. They came promptly and were delivered by a friendly driver who kindly put the pallet in our garage. After checking all the tiles they are in good order. There were 4 missing tiles hence the dropped star but we are really pleased on the whole and will be back for our kitchen tiles. Thank you 😀

The tiles delivered on a pallet were completely soaked through, to the extent where all the boxes had disintegrated. This is the point where I probably should have refused delivery. That's on me. However when my tiller tried to install them he found that the sizes are all over the place. It's quite clear that they are from different batches. As the boxes don't exist I can't return them, and its beyond the 24 hour mark for claiming they are damaged. A learning experience for me, refuse them immediately, but also don't purchase from a company who are so careless about batches. As noted by other reviews they have deleted my 2 star review from their website.
