Ordered porcelain tiles 60x60

Ordered porcelain tiles 60x60. Delivery docket and boxes all stated 60 x 60 in large type.They were 590 x 590. Massive difference. They said i could return at my expense. Said it was shrinkage. Seriously bad company. You talk to someone Send in an email and its the same person that couldn't help answers the email 🤦‍♂️590 is not 600 and should have been advised it was smaller before it left the depot.

Assortment of patterned tiles

I received my sample tiles in good time and in good condition. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the finish of the pattern. When you look at them up close its very underwhelming, poorly finished and cheap looking. Glad I got the sample before placing an order.

Broken tiles x4 boxes!

I ordered two boxes of beautiful tiles and although the delivery was fast the majority arrived broken. I then requested some replacement tiles, and both boxes of these arrived in a worse state than the first they weren't even properly packed in boxes, and has selloptape around them. Would not buy from here again, although the customer service team were good and refunded me instantly.

Very poor delivery experience

Very poor delivery experience. Left the tiles in the road on a pallet and wrapped in very thick plastic. The driver refused to help in any way - to help get the plastic off, get them out of the road or to take the pallet back. I tripped carrying the first box of tiles up the steps. Blood everywhere from the wound on my foot and what later turned out to be a broken finger. The driver watched and just kept asking for my name, then drove off leaving me injured and with the tiles on a pallet in the road (I live on 2nd floor). I’ve not heard back after complaining. Not opened the tiles yet, but will never use this company again. The reply below suggests calling or emailing. I called and waited for 15 minutes after the delivery, then emailed this address 10 days ago and received no response.

Useless sample

Sent for a sample of a two tone tile but sample received was one colour. Don't understand how they expect you to choose a tile based on that. At least send out a sample that is representative of that on line. I wont be ordering. Reading some of the reviews I might of had a lucky escape. On the plus side customer services were quick to reply to my query but not so quick to reply back to my comments.

Gutted that I didn’t read the reviews…

Gutted that I didn’t read the reviews before trusting this company with my order. I called customer services to ask about the tiles that I wanted to order. I asked if they had any contrasting tiles of the same range/style. I was told no, all the tiles are the same and identical. The delivery was fairly straight forward with no issues. The tiler started to do his bit and then we come across tiles that were far lighter than the rest. We checked the batch was correct and the same and they were. I called customer service again and they told me that the tiles were different shades! I told her that I specifically called to ask and was told that all the tiles would be identical and the tiler had started fitting them and obviously hadn’t taken into account that the different shades should be randomised. She was fairly dismissive and told me that all the customer service agents would know that they were random shades CLEARLY NOT!! I’ve now had to pay extra to fix the problem that was completely avoidable. Not happy. My advice, AVOID this company they treat their customers with contempt…
