Serious Warning - Avoid Ordering

Ordered £1,200 of tiles. Delivery day offered for 2 days after ordering. Immediately after ordering, we were told the majority of the tiles were not in stock despite being able to select delivery in 2 days time (website said they were in stock). Over the following two weeks they repeatedly lied about when we could expect delivery, knowing we would cancel if they have an honest delivery date. At one point we were told by a customer service agent that they would come in a few days whilst the founder himself later confirmed they weren’t even in the UK. I ended up having to collect the tiles myself from a pallet delivery depot, 18 days after ordering. And we had to order the size we didn’t want, because they were unable to locate the ones we originally ordered. The founder eventually offered a half hearted apology and significant refund for the trouble. Obviously after that email we never heard from them again and received no refund. I am reporting this company to Trading Standards and strongly recommend you do not purchase tiles from them.

Our experience was by far 5 star

Our experience was by far 5 star! The staff went out of their way to help us select some replacement tiles that ended up being perfect. We had an express delivery that came from Manchester to Essexs most remote village the following day. Had the lovely girls not assisted us with photos and advice we wouldn't have managed to complete our kitchen on time. Absolutely blown away and very grateful. I would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! Ordered over 1k of tiles and picked a delivery date: I called on the day I had chosen as had no feeeback from the company we are on track: they confirmed on phone they would be delivered: by 3.30 they still had not arrived: so I followed up only to be told that there had been an accident and all my tiles were ruined. And they were out of stock but expecting a re-stock the next week: They seemed really dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to give me any update as to what day they were expected and my bathroom refit was due to start the following week I had to phone every day to see if they were in stock as they would not update me. Then on Thursday someone finally told me that they wouldn’t be coming into stock for another 3 weeks: they barely said sorry and wasn’t their fault and did nothing to suggest another tile or compensation for the terrible communication or service I had received: They are also more expensive than there other reliable competitors: I wouldn’t recommend using them at all The only thing that was smooth was the refunding of my money when it all went wrong which I am sure they have to do regularly

Shocking service

When you order you can chose a day for delivery, however dont expect to receive your order on that day or the next time you agreed, unreliable in this matter. I wont order from these guys again.

Great product with excellent customer service.

I' ordered some tiles to redecorate my downstairs bathroom. I found exactly what I wanted, ordered some samples and received them promptly. They were excellent quality and affordable, but on delivery, one of the boxes was a little rough around the edges. I wasn't able to lift them so had to wait for my tiler's to arrive to inspect the damage, which I advised the supplier of. Two weeks later, my tiler's arrived did the necessary checks for damaged tiles and I emailed my requirements to the customer service team. My replacement tiles arrived within two days and my job was completed. Special mention to Liz, Sophie and Jessica from the customer service team who are clearly very skilled at making the customers needs a high priority. They were all very patient and polite. All in all, a good product, at very reasonable prices, and a good service team to provide support. I'll definitely use this company again.

I've just had an email from PS asking…

I've just had an email from PS asking me to review them. Unfortunate timing as i'm currently trying to resolve an issue with them and getting a bit of a 'computer says no' response. I'll wait to see how it ends up before amending this review. In short, tiles we ordered not in stock, so delivery date changed. (Had to ask several times to get an answer on whether all of our tiles would be delayed, or whether the ones which were in stock would still be sent separately). Then, they never turned up on the new date- apparently the driver ran out of time but nobody contacted us. Then they got left on a van and forgotten about. Then when I chased them, they got delivered another day later- but boxes and some tiles badly damaged. By this time, my husband and I had run out of the time off work we had already allocated to be at the property (not currently living there) to receive our tiles so we couldn't be there when they did come, and our builders kindly took delivery. We've been told and given photographs of obvious damage which can been seen without unpacking them all, but we can't attend the property ourselves again for another couple of weeks. PS wont replace the ones we know are damaged now and also undertake to replace any more we find when we can get there ourselves to unpack and check, count and photograph them all individually - and we don't see why we should pay our builders to do this for us- so we have to either accept the replacements we know are needed now but hope that there are no more, or wait two weeks until we can get there again and use another of our days off to sort out this mess and document them all at the same time. In the meantime, we've been advised that if we wait that long the batches might not match. A bit hopeless really and we've spent over £1000 plus hours of our (very precious & limited) free time on failed deliveries. The annoying this is, booked off and set aside the time to do all of this twice, and it wasn't our fault they didn't come on either of those dates. PS have told us that they think they've already been very flexible, and can't be any more so. I disagree, given the huge inconveniences we've had all in all, none of which was our fault.

I brought some lovely large format…

I brought some lovely large format tiles that were perfectly flat and snapped cleanly when I installed them. Price was good and delivery was on time.

Terrible service tiles not in stock when they say on website that they are

They took my order when the tiles weren’t in stock and then kept telling me they would get them and didn’t. I could see they hadn’t updated the website to say tiles were out of stock and were offering delivery dates I knew they wouldn’t be able to honour. I ended up having to make emergency local purchase as could no longer delay my tiler. Beware of reviews on the website as they get you to review after you order a sample to get 10% off your order, so many of the reviews will be people like me who had great tile sample service but then the tiles were not in stock even when website says they are.

Good experience with delivery & great…

Good experience with delivery & great customer service. I really wanted to leave a good review for this company because I nearly didn't order the tiles I liked because of reviews on this site about delivery. I took a chance because I loved the tiles so much and I'm so glad I did. We paid next day delivery which was despatched quickly and came on time except 2 boxes of a different type of tile which were delivered the following the day. When I sent an email to the company about the fact that we didn't receive 2 boxes on time they gave me my money back for the next day delivery straight away. Perhaps if you pay next day delivery you get them straight away? Either way, I had a very good experience. They have beautiful tiles and it's not all bad like some people have expressed.

Ordered the beautiful Roxy pink tiles…

Ordered the beautiful Roxy pink tiles for my en-suite bathroom. Delivery was fast & arrived on the allocated day. Tiles arrived in good condition, there were 1 or 2 chipped, nothing extensive but I understand that porcelain superstore do actually send out replacements for these if required. Also, just to add, whenever I’ve ordered free samples over these last few weeks they’ve always arrived very quickly.
