Fantastic service. I realised on the day our tilers were installing the new tiles that I ordered the wrong number. I was able to get through to customer services first thing and Liz was really helpful and expedited the delivery to arrive within two days and this was over a weekend too, it has saved us hugely in avoiding the knock on effects with our whole kitchen installation! Thank you Liz!

Poor customer service, we needed a larger sample as one tile is clearly not going to give us an idea of what we need, they were unable to accommodate, so we decided to order just one box at £23 but then the only delivery option is £50! Will be shopping elsewhere, given we have 7 bathrooms to tile a very short sited approach to this business will no doubt cost them in the long run!

Firstly, you can only get a victorian green tile as deeply coloured with a lovely crackle glaze quite like this from the Porcelain Superstore. I now wouldn't look anywhere else. But also: every time I've made an order with Porcelain Superstore, the customer service has been absolutely top notch. They've been quickly able to amend my orders when I've not added enough tiles, but they've also been able to make bespoke orders, which have saved the day. So twice, Liz has saved the day. Why? I think it's because they're a small business. They hire great people, choose/make great products, and don't have a 'computer says no' attitude because they're nimble. A big company wouldn't have been able to save the day with bespoke orders quite like this. I now probably wouldn't look anywhere else.

The website, ordering tiles and delivery was all very easy. Best of all, if you have a problem, they are super helpful. We needed an extra box of tiles, I was able to ring and speak to someone straight away to arrange this. When I rang again to check delivery time Liz was very helpful and rang me back with update as promised. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend.

Ordered the opal emerald tile for bathroom after being pleased with the sample received. I was concerned about delivery but considered receiving a few broken tiles as inevitable. Tiles were delivered on my chosen delivery date and there were a few broken tiles so I thought I may as well complete the damages form (attaching photos) to see if anything could be done. I had a very quick response from Sophie confirming she had issued replacements to be delivered and a couple days later received these which was great and somewhat unexpected. I‘m yet to use the tiles but am pleased with the customer service - thanks again.

Really pleased with the tiles, and the company were great and accommodating after we annoyingly came up just 2 tiles short to finish the job.

After placing out first order I received an email letting me know one of the tiles was unavailable and would I like to accept a replacement. I promptly replied and expected my delivery today. I contacted the company to check my delivery was still going ahead but was told it wasn't as they had overlooked my reply. One of the other tiles I had ordered was now also not in stock. There has been absolutely no communication about my order since the day i placed it two weeks ago to let me know about this. I read so many negative comments and thought that the company deserved a chance but the customer service is atrocious. Please do not think your order will be any different to the hundreds of negative comments on here like I did.

Very very good company. They send full tiles or large piece of a tile as a sample for free ( unlike other tile companies). Contacted customer service several times, very helpful and polite with quick response. I’m just waiting for more samples to make my mind on which one to choose, they are all gorgeous with high quality. Isra kaballo

We were a little apprehensive about ordering the Casblanca Mix range of tiles, because we normally decorate in "Fifty Shades of Biege"! However, we are delighted with the result, and so are family and friends. The customer service from Porcelain Superstore,and particularly Georgie and Liz was exemplary. Thank you so much!
