Don't bother

If you're projecting managing a job with tight deadlines DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nothing bad to say about the tiles as they haven't arrived yet, which is the problem. Customer service respond but they're not exactly helpful. The delivery company they use must be absolutely shocking as I paid £50 delivery (my order was only £150 BTW so easily could've come in a transit and this wasn't even £50 for next day, it has now been 6 days) and they don't supply any tracking details, they don't share the name of the courier to even ring them yourself. So bad, the customer service rep said she'd ring them for me and let me know what they say but then she didn't even get back to me. I've had the tiler here all day and have had to pay him for doing nothing. I'm actually livid, no point selling good tiles and being a decent company if your stakeholders and CS team are severely lacking. Not happy and will be demanding my delivery money back. Only order from here if you've got like 4 weeks to wait

I am always a bit dubious about making…

I am always a bit dubious about making expensive purchases online but after finding our dream slabs within our budget we thought we would give porcelain superstore a go. Honestly we are so so happy with the service we have been provided. We ordered a sample which came very quickly and fitted exactly what we wanted so we made our big order. Arrived on the day it said it would and our landscapers said they are fantastic quality porcelain tiles. We ended up needing more than we though so another big purchase was made. We needed them ASAP and I had pressed standard delivery when I actually needed express. I called and spoke to liz who said she would upgrade it to express for free!! We are so happy with the service we have been provided by porcelain tiles. We are an honest hard working family and it really made our day when they said they would upgrade delivery for free. Thanks to all at porcelain superstore we will definitely be using you for future projects !

Do no use - Expensive with rubbish customer service

Expensive tiles, expensive delivery. Tiles broken in undamaged box and they are refusing to replace as i should have opened the box sooner apparently when tiler has only just been. Customer service utterly useless and tone of voice highly unpleasant

Overpriced and poor delivery

Products are just fine. But the delivery charges are really high! Plus they didn't show up on the day it was booked. No communication or any jesture to apologise for their poor overpriced delivery service.

5% off

I’m posting this review because porcelain superstore offered me 5% off of my next order. Delivery was quite steep and stated that it would be delivered on a pallet, which it was not. This probably explains the reason why half of the order of tiles was broken. I would urge anyone reading the reviews to question how genuine they are. If I’m being bribed with 5% discount code others may get more for a better review, who knows. Overall I would probably shop here again if I couldn’t find an other tiles that I preferred in a store near me.

Surprised by other reviews

Purchased tiles over the phone after being assured by a lovely lady that the tiles were in stock (not many places had my outdoor tiles in stock at the moment!). Free delivery and 4 days later my tiles arrived. There was a box damaged but they sent a replacement which arrived the next day. No complaints from me, would happily use again when I need my bathroom redoing.

Do not order

1. It is not "hassle free returns", in fact - they do not offer partial returns whatsoever. I bought extra tiles thinking that returning would be no problem - this is not the case, you cannot make returns unless its a full order. 2. My tiles went "missing" and eventually arrived a week later. Multiple calls to the contact centre (easy to get through, I will say) who did not know what had happened to my order. Had to delay my tiler due to the delay and quite frustrating that I couldn't have any information on when they would arrive. 3. Tiles arrived broken.

Not a positive first time customer experience

Was misled by their website that what I ordered was in stock but it wasn’t, have had to chase the whereabouts of my purchase several times. I ordered from them on the basis it would arrive within a few working days, it’s now been a few weeks. Haven’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience (despite asking for it, even just the postage cost refunded!). The workman I’ve hired to install the tiles can’t fit me in now for several weeks, so I’ve got to find another tradesman. After I (eventually) receive my order I won’t be buying from them again as it’s been too much hassle.

Great tiles and service go for it

Feel compelled to write a review having been really wary of ordering after reading so many negative reviews. Couldn’t get tiles I wanted elsewhere so had to go for it. Had no problems what so ever, customer service has been great got a call on the day of delivery to let us know running late and might not get here and how we would like to rearrange ( he did manage to get to us) tiles are perfect! Had email updates all the way through and lovely girls on customer service. I got a sample first and called to check stock. So do a bit of homework and you won’t have a problem at all.

Great tiles but terrible delivery . Every tile in my order was smashed and took a week to send out replacement .
