I have ordered two different batches of tiles from porcelain superstore - one set for my bathroom and one for the kitchen. Both are lovely tiles and arrived in good time. The second set had two broken tiles but we accepted that this may happen and didn’t bother to complain. They have also sent us free samples which have been really appreciated and helpful in making decisions. Would recommend.

A complete and utter shambles

A complete and utter shambles. Ordered tiles with more than enough time for them to arrive before tradesman were due to start. Email sent a week later saying they had been dispatched, missed original delivery date, missed second and third delivery dates. Despite constant chasing and promises of delivery they didn’t turn up and I had to cancel order somewhere else to ensure delays were minimalized. No apology email or anything so clearly couldn’t care less.

Good customer service but...

Good customer service, but really need to connect the website with stock levels. I paid online only to be contacted next day to say they're out of the tiles I wanted, having taken my money. Not very good.

Awful vendor

Never order from them. Two years ago, I ordered 584 tiles for a total £3200 bill. The online product description and photograph say (and still say 2 years later) the tiles are GREY. On delivery the contractors called to let me know they had received BROWN tiles. Porcelain superstore left the tiles onsite, then never refunded in full!! Unbelievable. And it costed me £250 of labour to manage those unwanted tiles. On delivery I contacted Porcelain superstore. Although the products didn't match the order, they refused to instruct the delivery man to cancel the unloading. Our contractors were left with all the tiles and had to manage them. This costed me £250 of labour due to the number of tiles and their weight. We had to order new tiles. Porcelain superstore never refunded the order in full. On top of that, unpleasant customer service!

Absolute shambles ..avoid

Absolute shambles , they sent the wrong tiles twice and mixed up orders , this has significant impact on the project as the tradesperson had to go back and not finish his job! Resulting in financial implications and they refused any compensation for their ineptness!

Very happy with the service provided.

Very happy with the service provided. I ordered some samples - some were free, some cost 1 pound, and they were all sent promptly. I chose the type I wanted and ordered the required amount. They arrived promptly but one box had been damaged in transit, with several of the tiles arriving smashed. This wasn't a problem, as I informed them about the damage and they sent a new box straight away. Very happy with the tiles, service and finished look. Would definitely use them again.

I was a bit hesitant after ordering…

I was a bit hesitant about ordering through Porcelain Superstore after seeing some of the other reviews on TrustPilot, but in the end couldn't find the tiles I liked anywhere else. All in all it was a pleasant transaction. I paid for set day delivery and they were delivered, as promised, on the agreed day - no breakages or any other issues. I knocked off a star because they could have communicated a little better. I never received a dispatch notice so had to call up on the appointed day to make sure my tiles were actually on the way. On top of this, a different tile I had ordered was actually out of stock but they didn't inform me of this until the afternoon before delivery was due, meaning I had to scramble to get them ordered from elsewhere.

Two years and I have finally given up

Two years and I have finally given up! I ordered 64 x textured concept porcelain tiles two years ago and I was given ten minutes to inspect them and told if there were any faulty tiles, I would have to pay extra delivery! An hour after the lorry had left, I found three tiles that were chipped on their edges. When I phoned the office I was told the same thing. I pay for the extra delivery and they couldn't guarentee the replacement tiles would not be damaged! When the tiles were laid, the builder did his very best to keep the surfaces clean and also when he was grouting. However, these textured tiles are impossible to clean! I have tried numerous and very expensive tile cleaning products and still the tiles are filthy. I even bought a new jet washer and even this does not clean the surface. Emails between myself and the company have now ceased. I haven't heard anything positive for months and the last thing I did read was that they have never experienced this problem with the tiles before and it now appears it isn't their problem anymore. I am really considering pulling the whole lot up and starting again. This company love to sell their products but they do not like to help their customers when there is a problem. Oh and guess what I have just discovered? Porcelain Superstore have withdrawn these tiles from their website and no longer sell them! Why would that be I wonder?

Brilliant from start to finish

Porcelain Superstore have been brilliant. Over the phone and via email, communication has been quick and clear. They have been very helpful dealing with some minor damage to a couple of tiles. Apart from this minor damage which must have happened in transit, the tiles are very good quality, and very good value too.
