I made a purchase on 7th May 2024 after being fooled by a May Bank Holiday sale. I ordered the Fusion 6 Rounded Sofa and Dining combo Set in Brown. It was in stock and for delivery in 7 to 10 days. I was Contacted by telephone the following week to pick a delivery time on Wednesday 15th May. It never arrived. I contacted Moda on the 19th May via online chat and was told by Turab Ali it had been rebooked for delivery on 29th May. Guess what, it was never delivered. I was then contacted via telephone to be told the items had been damaged in the distribution warehouse and wont be delivered however a new set was already out for delivery to me. I was then contacted today via Moda by a lady called Georgina who then told be the items are no longer in stock and have been discontinued. How Frustrating! This is now 4 weeks on from me originally placing the order which said 7-10 days delivery. I feel scammed, messed around and lied to. Now lets await to see how long a refund takes.

Absymal experience so far with Moda. Furniture arrived with the packaging damaged, not sure if the delivery guys were meant to assemble it but they didnt. Once I opened the packaging the I found the bag holding the nuts and bolts ripped and half empty. I took photos of the screws, gave my order details, took a photo of the manual labelling the exact screws missing and they still haven't been able to identify what they need to send or help me at all. I've had a table in the middle of my living room in pieces I cant assemble for a week. Ironically I am currently on hold listening to the hold music telling me how their delivery team will get my order to me in perfect condition on loop.

Great experience with my delivery this morning. The guys Gurpreet & Fareed showed up at 8:am they took great care in unpacking my item’s, they also disposed of the packages leaving my garden nice and tidy. I’ve yet to try my sun lounges as it was raining

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS A LIE We purchased their Ledbury furniture set in March 2019 under their 7 year warranty period. The weaving on the table (with a glass top) has completely unravelled, exposing the metal framework. On calling them, they advised that they were bought out by a company called Giomani Designs Ltd in 2023 who did not (somehow) purchase the warranties/liabilities to existing clients. I was told that I could purchase a replacement table at over £700 which would come with the new warranty. On researching Giomani Designs Ltd, there is little information about them - looks like a family owned business, the telephone number is not answered and there is no contact information provided. I suspect that if you are unfortunate to experience a fault in your new purchase a few years in, that this will happen again - the cycle of going into administration to dishonour existing warranties. Be very careful when making a large investment in your outdoor furniture with this company!

If I could give Moda a zero star rating I would. When I needed to claim on the guarantee of a product I bought pre 2023 to be told they are not warranting pre 2023 due to company buy out. If I bought a £150 garden set I fully understand but when I spent in the region on £7000.00 and the weave on table has disintegrated I’m furious

We purchased a Salone Sunlounger set in June 2022. It came with a 7 year guarantee. The set has hardly been used. The upright hinge which was welded has broken and after contacting the company we have been advised that they are not honoring any warrantees prior to 14th July 2023 when the company went into administration. Their solution was to buy another set. Upon reading Google reviews it would appear that they have set up the following day using a slightly different name. Do your research before purchsing

Fantastic in store experience followed by 7 Months of waiting for what we ordered to be correctly delivered. The wait continues… Delivery 1 - Moda dropped off boxes and left before assembling despite us paying £100 Delivery 2 - furniture was badly scratched on assembly Delivery 3 - collected one set and a new set scraped against our new patio Delivery 4 - no one turned up Delivery 5 - they took scratched bits without disassembling uprooting our plant in the process, new items were left in bashed boxes disassembled in the middle of our garden. To think we paid over £1000 and an extra £100 for ‘premium white glove delivery and assembly’ is laughable. They offered compensation of free cushions and failed to even deliver the agreed amount. I’d just like a refund and not to hear from Moda again tbh 😂

Initial Hiccup Re Delivery Resolved Efficiently
Initially, my experience with Moda Furnishings was incredibly frustrating. After my order was not delivered as promised, and having sat in all day, I contacted the delivery company, Premier Delivery, the following morning who answered immediately only to find out they had no record of my order or delivery, despite them having previously called to book the delivery date! This was concerning, especially after seeing similar complaints in previous reviews. I emailed Moda Furnishings and received an automated reply stating they would be in touch within 3 to 5 working days, so the next day, knowing their office was open, I called them, expecting a long wait. To my surprise, my call was answered within 4 or 5 rings, even during the lunchtime period. The representative confirmed that my delivery was scheduled for the coming Saturday and assured me that it was definitely booked and that the items were in the warehouse. I then questioned him about my missed delivery, and he apologised profusely for the mix-up re the initial delivery date. Additionally, I received a detailed email reply addressing all my concerns I had mentioned in my email which also confirmed their error. They were working on improving their delivery process and reconfirmed the Saturday delivery. The delivery company also called and emailed to confirm the same. I still had my concerns due to other customers stating they had had numerous delivery dates missed. I told myself if they didn’t deliver this time, I would contact my credit card company to make a charge back claim. The day before the scheduled delivery, I was planning to call the delivery company to see if they had any record of me but before I had chance, I received another confirmation call from them stating my items would arrive between 9am - 1pm, with a follow-up call expected when they were 30 minutes to an hour away on the day of delivery. On Saturday they called as promised 20 minutes before arriving, and the delivery was completed smoothly. The delivery personnel were polite and professional, and the quality of the items was excellent. Despite the initial issue, the problem was quickly rectified, and everything subsequently ran like a dream. Overall, I am pleased with how the situation was handled and the quality of the products are great. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones or they are indeed sorting out their processes and procedures now with regards to delivery dates.

DO NOT BUY! I have just had delivery for my items that were already 3 weeks later than they had suggested, and the entire corner connector of a corner sofa is missing. There has been no communication as to why it’s missing or when it might be delivered. To speak to someone at the call center takes over an hour and half to get through, which I can only put down to other customers facing similar issues. For the price of the furniture, I cannot guide against buying from Moda enough
