Terrible after sales service
Terrible after sales service, clearly outsourced. They show little care and will to help and advise - many parts of their helpline if you attempt to go just say "mailbox full" and hang the phone up. Once I did manage to get through to an adviser after a lengthy hold - they blamed "the government" for a long delay on an order that in the end will take over 4 months to get to me.

Awful Moda customer experience, missing furniture and very poor after sales customer service- disorganised and chaotic.
Awful experience: I ordered some patio furniture in March and had to keep chasing to get a delivery date. When I eventually got a date and received a call from the delivery company , Moda had no record of this- and it took days, calls and multiple e mails to sort out. Then to cap it all, half the order was missing on delivery with no explanation from Moda - and no mail response to our multiple queries on missing items. The only thing I’d add: the balance of our order finally arrived this morning - the delivery company (Premier deliveries ) who Moda use are very good - the delivery team were excellent.

Non existent furniture
I ordered a garden furniture set at the beginning of March with a 5-7 week lead time for delivery and paid in full. I expected delivery middle of April. As I had not heard anything since March, I contacted Moda who stated there had been delays so delivery would now likely be May 29. May 30 I contacted moda and the delivery was delayed now expected 2nd June. Moda keep moving the delivery dates and 3 months post order I do not trust Moda to deliver anytime soon. I would not recommend this company as their communication is non existent. IF the furniture gets delivered I will review the quality.

Endless delays

I expected delivery in April, but was told I could accept a part delivery or the full delivery at the beginning of June as not all the items were available. As I had not heard anything since April, I contacted Moda who stated there had been further delays so delivery would now likely be in July. Moda keep moving the delivery dates and nearly 4 months post order I do not trust Moda to deliver in July. I would not recommend this company as they clearly do not have the stock yet continue to sell on the website. The only positive is that I have received a refund but must now source different furniture.

Beware, low quality and doesn't last
I bought from Moda because I knew i was covered by their warranty, should the weave not hold up. The company went into administration in July 23, the weave is absolutely shot and snapped on almost every item after a few years. I haven't even left the stuff out uncovered in winter. They have started trading again under a new company, effectively selling exactly the same stuff, but will not warrant the warranty on anything purchased before July 23. So I'm stuck with broken, terrible looking furniture. The furniture is not cheap to buy, I spent thousands on furniture that doesn't even last a few years without falling apart. Avoid.

AVOID - APPALLING AFTERCARE
When ordering, I was told 3-10 days for delivery, but it actually took 22 days. I tried to call after 14 days to chase delivery, but held on the phone for two hours before being cut off. Emailed Moda and got given a delivery date, but not so much as a 'sorry' for the time I'd spend holding on the phone before being cut off. The goods were eventually delivered yesterday, but two of the eight chairs were in a different colour to the rest of the set, and had different colour cushions too. Telephoned and managed to get straight through to someone who told me they couldn't help me, I needed to email them a photo (why would I be wanting to swap the chairs if they were all the right colour?). Sent an email with photographs last night, and received a reply today telling me they had arranged for collection of the two mis-matched chairs, and were sending one single chair out to replace them. I've tried to call them to resolve the matter, and surprise suprise, I've been number four in the queue for over 56 minutes, and the line is just ringing out. The aftercare from Moda is appalling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

patio heaters no longer working
We purchased two gas patio heaters a few years ago at a cost of £475 each and although they were in warranty for a year sadly they no longer work. Having phoned customer services at Moda today and also their Chelmsford office both representatives from the company told me that there was nothing they could do to repair them because they were not within the one year warranty and that they don’t offer a repair service option. They told me that had the patio heaters stopped working within the warranty period they simply would have been replaced rather than repaired. I wish I had checked the warranty details before and definitely won’t be buying from Moda again . Also, I would say that although they look attractive and a nice feature they don’t kick out much heat for the amount that they cost.

Order not delivered (in 1 and 1/2 months since placed). Managed to get it cancelled but refund not paid within 14 days.
First time I bought from them was last year and it was okay, most probably as it was mid September, not peak of the summer. This time, I bought 2 sun loungers 22nd April 2024, with an estimated delivery of 3-10 working days. No sign of receiving my order, so I started chasing them on the 29th May. Every time you call them, it is an hour on the phone until you speak to someone. Don't even bother with email as the answer takes 3-5 working days. Even after my first review, they asked me to write back to them, which I did, immediately, but they took so long to address the issue that I had already decided to cancel the order. Shocking costumer service. I finally asked for my order to be cancelled on the 3rd June, after giving them a second and third chance to put things right, which they failed. I was supposed to get a refund within 14 days. On day 14 I spend another hour on the phone trying to get through to them, to hear that their internal email requesting the cancellation had not been acknowledged. Meaning, they did absolutely nothing to give me the money back during those 14 days. I complained again, it took another week, but I finally got my money back. Their costumer service is beyond bad. Not sure how they are still trading and "expanding"! Absolute shocking company, I will ***never ever*** buy anything from their again and would urge others to run away as far as you can.
