We had a table problem which Bailey’s sorted out for us very quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed.

We are on our 3rd Bailey caravan, we know own a Porto and are really pleased with it,as we were with the Valencia and Cabrera.There were a few snagging problems but were able to fix them ourselves. ie the toilet door snib was on upside down. All in all very happy with Bailey Caravans.

The whole buying and selling process went very smoothly. I can not recommend Lady Bailey Caravans highly enough and the Bailey caravan is superb. Great value for money and very well put together.

quality van, all things covered, designed for comfort. would highly recommend.

Pleased with the caravan but disappointed that the table was missing and was told that one wouldnt be available for months!! And this has spoiled our enjoyment of our new van.

We are very happy with our new Unicorn Caravan. Only one small snag which we need to sort out apart from that the dealer really looked after us and we love the caravan looking forward to lots trips away.

Quality of finish not good catches not fitted properly unable to close wardrobe and cupboard, cupboard shelf brackets not straight,cooker worktop warped still waiting for replacement , roof blinds very stiff,

Our new caravan has gone back to many issue

Recently went to the Caravan show with a view to purchasing a Unicorn S5 Pamplona. We currently have a 2018 Cartagena. Although we love the layout we were very disappointed to find it had very obviously been built to a budget. Curtain strips instead of curtains, rather naff net strips ( not sure what that’s about ), no fly screen to front windows, no plate rack, no cup rack, reduced number of usb charger points. As I said love the layout but sooo disappointed.

Collected our new Bailey Phoenix last month & absolutely delighted. Such a beautiful caravan & great dealership. Caravan is something to be really proud of, Bailey have done a great job. From ordering the caravan, P/X our own caravan to collection then after sales was perfect. Highly recommend
