Di was very helpful in getting our new Bailey cabrerra 2022 sorted in 5 minutes that we had purchased from Teesside , and couldn’t get resolved , thank you so much .
Caravan not ready for use
A number of doors needed adjustment\alignment. The drainpipe from the shower wasn't connected to the outlet, the battery leads were fitted to the terminals upside down and there were areas of untreated wood on the underside of the floor where it had been splintered by drilling. The fridge does not change supply automatically and when on twelve volt it turns off at some point during a journey. We had to spend over £100 on shelves for the fridge as insufficient were supplied. There was no table supplied so we had to spend over £100 on something suitable. The dealership were not particularly helpful and I resolved most of the issues myself. I am still uncertain about the fridge.

This is my first Bailey Caravan…
This is my first Bailey Caravan purchase and I can certainly say its worth it. The finish and quality of the caravan is great. From space to the way that its organised, it fits perfectly for our needs. It's great to be able to get away and have the comfort and luxury that we need. I will certainly be looking to stay with Bailey, upgrading in the coming years.
BAILEY ARE A DISGRACEFUL & UNCARING COMPANY
Thought I,d give a recap of where I stand with my NEW motorhome that I have had for 2 years and have been unable to use it from day one. If you have read previous reviews you will know that Bailey sold me through DUMFRIES CARAVAN CENTRE(worst company to deal with owner Mr Oliphant, the owner, is an ignorant person, good job I cant swear on here) a disgraceful, not fit for purpose motorhome, In 2 years I have not used it for touring Europe nor to holiday in Spain as intended as it is unable to be used due to the many, many, many faults. I have done more mileage taking it to be repaired or to Penrith for factory recalls, than I have taking it to a local forest for odd weekend walking my dogs. On the habitation door not having central locking (which brochure said it should have) I was quoted by DUMFRIES CARAVAN CENTRE around £1000 to install, few weeks without motorhome and that it would mean virtually ripping the panels out. I agreed to forego the central locking and asked for £1000 compensation as I had obviously paid for it in original price. Mr Oliphant has refused to reply to my letters/emails to discuss compensation for door/ compensation for all the faults/ to arrange a repair schedule or rush repairs/ to join with Bailey to resolve my sub standard motorhome he has completely ignored my letters/emails/requests. In fairness Bailey have also refused to help or consider the 4 proposals I made to bring this distressing saga to an end. The bed that collapsed and was repaired, only to collapse again and the shower cabinet that has had 2 wrong showers sent were scheduled to be repaired over 4 days on 27/06/222 onwards. I left my motorhome with them only to get a phone call later that day to say that Bailey had sent the wrong shower AGAIN and they had not sent the full bed parts either so the repairs that have prevented me using my motorhome HAVE STILL NOT BEEN DONE OVER A YEAR AFTER THEY BROKE. I am now waiting for my THIRD bed repair and my FOURTH replacement shower cabinet. You could not make this up. As for Prima Leisure customer services, what a JOKE outfit. they don,t know the meaning of customer services. Do not listen to them, they will tell you anything to get rid of you and they are either very forgetful or basically fibbing. Chantelle has on a few occasions "forgot" to get back to me to keep me informed and on the 27th she was going "to call me back" "update me on my repairs" and "escalate my complaint to a higher level" That was 3 weeks ago, did you "forget" Chantelle? Please if you are looking for help for any major problems then don,t believe Gillian either. She will tell you she is senior enough to deal with your complaints ,but she isn,t. She may be in charge of customer services but she cannot escalate your complaint to a much more senior person (or maybe she can, then they have a good laugh about it and proceed to ignore you) She CANNOT give you a new motorhome and take your sub standard from point of manufacture away. She CANNOT organise a courtesy motorhome to then take yours back to factory for a refit of all the 51 faults. She CANNOT authorise a full refund. She CANNOT organise compensation. She CANNOT organise express couriers to rush parts, after all I,ve been waiting over a year for them. She CANNOT join forces with the godawful caravan company of DUMFRIES CARAVAN CENTRE(Mr Oliphant) Nor can she arrange an extended warranty because in reality I haven,t used mine yet (I believe all my 51 faults would be/should be repaired under the "just bought a brand new motorhome rule" and the faults were already in place from the factory. But she can sell me one. I also wrote to MR JONATHAN ROBERT-COMPANY DIRECTOR & MR SIMON RICHMOND HOWARD_ MARKETING DIRECTOR begging them to help me resolve all the problems but they have CHOSEN TO IGNORE MY PLEAS FOR HELP. It makes me sick to see Mr Howard lounging in a motorhome, lauding to the pet critic sitting opposite him about how good Bailey are and how wonderful their motorhomes are online while I am sitting with a VERY VERY VERY SUBSTANDARD motorhome that came from their factory in that state and they wont even talk to me never mind help me. I urge anyone contemplating buying from BAILEY or DUMFRIES CARAVAN CENTRE to not do it.
We picked up our new Unicorn v Cadiz
We picked up our new Unicorn v Cadiz. There were a few issues that are awaiting warranty repair, as yet two months later, that parts have still not arrived at the dealer. The caravan is beautiful with the exception that now, there are no fly screens on the front windows. We feel this is very much a backward step from the previous Unicorn models. Also the handbook that comes with the caravan states that all Unicorn models have tyre pressure monitoring included, but they do not.
Bailey Phoenix Platinum 420 Warranty
We purchased the caravan in July 2020 and we're still very pleased with it. Unfortunately, in 2021 due to the Covid pandemic and the fact that I was battling blood cancer the caravan remained at home unused, protected under a tailored cover. Thankfully as I'm in remission now my wife and I are looking forward to using the caravan again. But, as the caravan has missed its second service under the Bailey warranty agreement I was advised to contact the Aftercare Services at Bailey HQ. They were most sympathetic with my problem. They provided me with useful suggestions where I might get our caravan serviced as the local Main Bailey Dealer was fully booked until October 2022.. In order to re-establish the warranty I was given specific instruction on how to achieve this. I was told the next service had to be carried out within the next 6 weeks with a deadline of 24th August 2022. My Bailey warranty would then be retained. With the Aftercare Service help I managed to contact a local accredited Mobile Service provider who is able to service our 'van on the deadline date of 24th so my warranty will remain valid for the third year. For the fourth year I will make sure I book in early with a local Bailey Main Dealer. Unfortunately this year there were no gaps for a local Main Dealer service this summer until October 2022. I sincerely thank Bailey Aftercare personnel for their kind consideration and help. B Tomkins

Bailey Phoenix+ 440 - can't find fault with it.
We bought a Bailey Phoenix+ 440 earlier this year. It is our 3rd caravan and we are very pleased with it. Tows well, has a fixed bed, and the best washroom we have seen.
Very pleased
Purchased from Penrose Touring at Scorrier in Cornwall. The Penrose team were excellent and were proactive in both communication and resolution of a couple of issues that arose. Very happy with the caravan - excellent design and build quality throughout.
