Great customer service and a quick turnaround, however 5 years on with their secured loan and the balance hasn't gone down by much at all. The interest accured on the covid payment holiday period is £2,600,, the payments missed were £2,200. You do the math. Only use these guys if you're desperate.

They investigated me for having several savings accounts in different banks. i also have different bank accounts in different banks. i have a good credit score with TransUnion and I even have 2 credit cards with 2 major retailers but Tandem treated me like crap and closed my account because they just didn't like me. I have 2 investments accounts and all my financial products and in the UK and connected to my NINO but they still treated me like a crook. I am autistic and felt victimised but they had no compassion. There are better banks with a much better customer services around so do not hesitate look elsewhere better rates and better service.

Tandem Finance has showed no empathy or compassion to the fact that we have a malfunctioning vehicle that we purchased and within less than 17 months we have spent over 30000 in repairs on top of finance for a car that is not road worthy - they have not supported us in any way even though this has had a huge impact on our finances and well being the stress of the vehicle having continuous repairs and having to be in weeks/months and all the expense of having to hire vehicles has we can not be without a car due to vulnerability and caring responsibilities for which we have stressed, we have paid more than the overall finance cost spread over 5 years in the space of 17 months, we have practically paid for the vehicle. I am deeply saddened the fact that we have been treated unfairly and mis sold a faulty vehicle which is not road worthy and having no support and not being heard in terms of the impact this has had on us.

Overpayments put your account in arrears
Have a loan with them, pay our monthly amounts every single month alongside monthly overpayments. Due to an error in their system our account showed in arrears and as a result our credit scores have reduced significantly. Raised a complaint, I would say little to no concern at best. Was forgotten about until I sent a reminder 8 weeks later and then a bodged response. Avoid Tandem!
