Unfortunately I have used their service as I needed to consolidate my bad credit and had no other option. 1 year into our agreement and after making every payment the overall amount has not changed! Be very careful before doing a deal with the devil! Use them as last resort

It is impossible to find a login page

It is impossible to find a login page. The website keeps changing. Unable to make any overpayments or see the loan amount, which was the whole reason I got the loan. I am getting charged more interest now as I can't log in to make an overpayment.

Customer service was fine, but...

Customer service was fine. The rep did their best to help me. However, the app is pretty poor compared to the others I use (and that's a lot). So 1 star for the app, its functionality and also for management who have decided on the limited options available to clients when they have a maturing savings product - very restricted and inflexible. Can't do part renewals, can't split the maturity into two new products of different maturities etc. There were only three options and two of those meant keeping the full amount with Tandem and the last was a full repay to your linked account. The logging in process is also ancient - who really wants a text message every time... jeez. So, lots of changes needed Tandem I'm afraid to bring you up to speed.
