It wasn’t as advertised! Listed as a tankless hit water heater but it was a mini. It won’t work for what I bought it for.

Second purchase and the item is missing screws and damaged wood pieces. It is impossible to check and count every screw on a large furniture purchase. Driving 125 miles round trip and this is the second time it’s happened. Not worth the hassle.

The people working there are great, to deal with. Very helpful, quick to answer any questions, or if they don't know, they find someone who does.

Items were broken and missing parts the last two times I've bought items on auction here.

The website needs to be enhanced for mobile user. Also an app would be ideal and will keep Auction Nation ahead of the competitors. The website is poorly designed on a mobile device.

I went in to get my product and it was not there ... i tried calling to notify them i was going to pick up next day and no number was available. So then they forfieted my merchandise. I emailed them and no response. So i basically gave away money.

I would shop here rather than a store anyday!
