The only thing that I would say needs to be done better is possibly collect all items in advance and having them ready for the customer. Waiting time is way to long. Especially if we are buying from multiple auction locations. Also, descriptions need to be more detailed and accurate.

The website is user friendly from a bidding standpoint. I've been using this site for many years. The pick up is also easy. I like the fact that when I do pick up items, I see the same check-in and check-out staff, namely Jacob, and he is very friendly.

Employees are always curious mesa auction is the only one I really like to shop on. George is my favorite to deal with over the years always helpful and kind

Whoever is in charge of the coin auctions, always gets back to me in a timely manner and my emails and texts get answered and are very helpful. This was not always the case,as corporate almost always used to mot answer calls, they answer emails.

Dislike time to pickup, can't bid on as much Because of work, go to work at 7:30 get off at 5:30 Lost a few items due to hours.
