They were able to postpone the pick up date due to me being out of town for a funeral

More transparency with the description of items. Also more transparency about shill bidding.

I have gotten a lot of good deals. The return policy leaves a lot to be desired.

Auction nation and esp the East phx location are great to deal with

The only problems I encounter are when picking up items there is such a long wait to get items. There are days when there are only a few people there to pick up yet it takes just as long to get items when it a very busy day

Only allowed for 2 days for pickup and not open on the weekend, so didn’t pick up items and lost money. I will not use auction nation again. Thanks

Overall it’s been great. The only problem was with the first purchase from Mountain View. Closed on March 15. Went to pick up door on the 17th but the size listed was not correct. The man asked if I wanted to get a rug instead (one that didn’t have a lot #). Nothing I was interested in. He promised I would be refunded in a couple of days. It’s been weeks and still no refund. Not a good first impression at all. Bad business practices. I’ve had 3 purchases since then and they have all the been wonderful to work with.

Nothing works, missing parts. Crap. Nothing like pictures. Open boxes missing hardware. Sucks!!!!

The wait time for picking up items is typically 35-45 minutes. I would buy more if the wait times were less.
