Auction nation should be set more up Nellis auction, You're in-and-out within 5 minutes. They assign you to a parking spot, moments later they'll bring all your merchandise to your car.

Name brand items minus the name brand price

I enjoy finding quality, name-brand items at discounted prices. Generally, you are informed about the item's condition, ie. new, opened box but looks good, etc. Locations are throughout the greater Phoenix area which adds to the unique experience. Also, hours vary depending upon the pick-up location.

They Just Disappeared or Did They?

I participated in the auction 62894 and placed winning bids on lots #1067 and #1068 on 4/09/2023. I was winning before the auction closed and went to bed. The next as the end of auction time approached I checked on my bids and discovered that both items had been removed from my bid list and my bid history. I conducted searches to see if I had lost the auction, or maybe outbid before the close, or perhaps it was removed for some other reason. I found no record of either item. Even as I searched using the lot number. Then when I went to the auction warehouse to pick-up other items I had won, I saw lot 1067 and 1068 sitting on a shelf right in front of me. I spoke with the manager and she told me she would investigate and call me. Her only explanation was that sometimes there is a glitch. She was awesome in every other way and I have no complaints with her. Except that so far no call after 1-week. I plan to return on Monday and ask if she found out anything.

Minimize wait time for pickup

Items are generally represented accurately. Discrepancies are handled appropriately. The hours for pickup are not convenient. It would be helpful if there was an option to schedule a pickup ahead of time to minimize the wait for items to be pulled (like Nellis Auction).

depending on which partner company you are bidding with (the company who owns the goods), the service provided at the destination is variable; some places are slow/disorganized while others are great.

Generally a great place for bargains, there are a lot of opportunities to improve search/sort/description and bidding features on the website.
