I love auction nation it has helped me save so much money on my new born items that i know I’ll probably just use for a month or 2

I got what I expected every time, helpful people when picking up merchandise.

Picked up my item without any problems, quick and courteous. I got home, 120+ miles up north, unpacked everything. When I tried to use my item it did not work. (I should have tested before I left.) I called the pick up site and they said to bring it back and they would replace if they could or give my money back. Thank goodness, my husband was going to the valley and he would take it back. They accepted it without any question. I would have given 5 stars, but the item did not work.

I magically loose many of the items I win. The Nellis system flashes a notification that switches from 'winning' the bid once the bid closes, to "checking" for at least 8 minutes. Then I magically loose the bid. Explain that BS.

I had an issue with an item I purchased, they made it right. It's an auction so I get it sometimes things happen, but it's all about the win at a great price. Great customer service. Been bidding for years, still hooked.

Tired of bidding on items and driving to pick them up after winning the bid. Just to be told that they can find it and I would be given a refund in about 4 to 5 days. Thisbis after waiting for over an hour to get my items. Complete B.S. This has consistently happened particularly at the Myrtle location.

I won a few auctions when I picked them up they could find one of my items and I payed cash. They told me that I would get an email for my refund not knowing I left and went back a week later to pick up other items I had won and asked about it. The manager had no idea and told me that I should have gotten the refund that same day I paid I didn't know so Jacob and Arron found the invoice and got me taken care of that day. They let me know that mistakes happen and I was not informed correctly. They did an amazing job and told me if there is ever a problem to let them know and they will make it right. I love the North Phoenix Deal Chop amazing staff and always friendly. Thank you Jacob and Arron
