Intentionally made shipping and not possible and used it as Thier own personal entertainment

Took a chance and drove all the way there from 2.5 hours away. Like their policy states check every item before leaving the building! As it turned out almost every item was either broken or missing parts, including the items they were selling outright on the floor! Those of which we didn't bother to check, as those were not auction items. We will never purchase from this company again!

Well good morning, love your auction!!! Purchased a bell tent asis, figured missing a couple parts or tear in tent. Nope everything was missing poles stakes and rope. Only thing in box was tent it self. Could have state missing everything except tent. Useless with out any hardware!!!

I've been bidding for about 6 months now, and I love it. I made some truly amazing deals, and some quite so amazing. It's really k I nda fun, and they never run of items to bid on something for everyone

Items at this auction site are literally hit and miss! If you have an option to check out a listing prior to Bidding is highly recommended! And always inspect items prior to leaving a facility. Half the time the items you get are a good deal!

I love the website, and find the best deals on it. But when faced with a family emergency, it seems that corporate or customer service isn’t very helpful. After reasching out to all the different locations I had owed to and even goin and picking up/paying for the lot that was the most expensive out of the few my account is now disabled and I am no longer abke to see what my invoices say. I do plan on paying ALL my remaining balances once I am capable, this was a simple mistake on my part due to a family member finding black mold in their home and needing immediate assistance with rebuild, and then medical supplies for the already done damage to their lungs and body. I do not ever bid out of my price range and am simply just waiting for my next paycheck to pay what would be now reenlisting fees. I just simply want/need access to my account for yes. Hopefully future bids once I get back on my feet but at the moment I just need to see locations so I know where to go to pay with cash and also the amount I am paying.

Please, it is very important that when you include an item in the auction and the box is open, let us know if the item is complete. I have bought several things that do not have a 24-hour guarantee and are not complete and I have to throw them away.

I won an item and it wasn't what was described, I was mislead. It also was missing many pieces that so what I did receive is useless and can't be assembled. They won't help me either because I didn't catch it before I left. I don't know how I was supposed to know what was missing without trying to assemble it and it was way too big to assemble in store. It also had no manual so I couldn't check what was supposed to be there and what wasn't

My cart is completely broken. If the box had been opened up you would have seen it was a non usual piece. I unfortunately on my end bought two large items that day and only had the chance to get one out of my car. When I emailed the next day past the 24 hour mark they said absolutely no return. I understand rules but when you are across the valley and a piece is completely not usable I wish there would be some exceptions to the rule. Makes me second guess every purchase especially when it's an hour from my home.
