I purchase items from you guys all the time. I love this site. Some problems between mobile internet programs like google chrome, but other than that you guys are doing awesome.

Overall A.N. is good. However, there is a major improvement that could be made. Once you save something to your favorites you should be able to see the location of the auction without going into the item. The location should be listed right on the listing in your favorites.

Everthing I have ever bought at the west valley auction has been Brand new items that worked as they should I just scored some lamps that were over 200 each for 50.00 for the pair and they are beautiful we're in an unopened brand new new box How can you beat that ???

50% of the items I buy do not work.

When I am item as sold as is yet the auction picture does not identify a major problem that would have stopped anyone from bidding on it and will not refund. Extremely poor business practice.

I bid usually at 3 different locations. 1. University/Alma school Mesa. Everyone is very friendly and get my items very quickly. 2. Ultimate Tempe 48th/ Southern. Owners Justin and Jason run a really awesome team. very friendly, get my items very quickly. Always willing to help load. 3. E.Phx Washington st/32nd Friendly staff. usually have to wait for items. Manager Delia is on top of everything and everyone. Building is too cold in winter and tooo hot in summer.

I was winning the bid on shop vac and auction nation sudden change end bid from Nov 6th to Nov 9th and refused to reward me that shop for false bidding...very disappointing 😞 No wonder auction nation was lawsuit in the past. This must stop. Brian
