Half of the stuff bought in the West…
Half of the stuff bought in the West and East Phoenix area were broken or not working or missing essential parts and was told cant return them the next day or same day. The staff there act like they are too busy to check the merchandise when you are right there, but when you test the gadgets and update them half are not working they are like; sorry we cant do anything about that - eat the loss. What can you do with a dining set with missing backrests, a refrigerator with no door on freezer, or a computer monitor that is deemed working but gets home and has a crack in the middle of the screen. And the wait for this broken stuff is atleast 1-2 hours. Highly unrecommended place in my opinion.

The 48th Street location is amazing and quick. The Mesa location on Alma School and University is the best. The guys there are friendly and very helpful.

Used appliances
I won bid on a Ninja appliance that appeared in good condition, but did not show a picture with the lid open. The assistant that brought out my products, brought out a new in box Ninja grill instead of the pot, which I honestly returned to get the right product. The desk attendant was professional & retrieved the correct Ninja pot, which turned out to be extremely used & dirty, containing old food crumbs. Since the pot was listed "as is" they would not refund/cancel my funds. So the lesson is, be very careful about what to bid on, pay attention to the pictures, as if you can't see inside something and there's no box, pass on it! On the up side, most of my bids over the years have been positive!
Hit and miss
Item purchased was not as described. I did not accept the item because i bid on coffee creamer and received orange juice. Had to call on 3 separate occasions to ask about the refund.
INo inclination to customer service went to the store on Indian School…
I went to the store on Indian School road where they have in store shopping. I purchased $125 worth of products and when I got home realized that I didn't have two of the products I purchased. I chalked that up to my own inattention when leaving. I'll take the hit. I looked where the closest location to my home would be which was in Mesa. Upon arriving at the store in Mesa there was a sign saying that they no longer offer in store shopping. I went in to the store and explained the situation informing them that I was not there to shop only to repurchase the items that I didn't get when I purchased them the first time. I spoke with the kid at the front desk to no avail. I asked to speak to his manager who he was on the phone with and again no avail. They were not interested in any type of customer service in rectifying the problem that I had at the their other store. They made it clear by their attitude that they didn't want to help me in any way at all. If I could have given them a negative star review I would have. Looks like they're only out to make a fast buck. They definitely don't care about their customers or rectifying any mistakes made prior to them closing the in store shopping.
