They really need to check what they are selling better. I bought a soundbar with no cables or powersupply. An Artist easel with no screws.. You can do much better. And it takes 30-45 minutes to pick up anything.

The wait time when picking up the item is ridiculous. Staff stocking shelf’s and walking around instead of helping get customer items.

Long wait time after check-in. Joey is alway polite. The place is always clean.

Today I wasted time, gas, and effort. One of the items that I purchased was missing. It is frustrating to make the journey to pick up auctioned items just to find out they are missing. It happens more often than I could imagine. There ought to be, at a bare minimum, a compensation for gas whenever this happens.

Overall I never have an issue with bidding, pickup, and in rare occasions returns. Regardless of the pickup location all have been professional and accommodating
