I lost dollars because you changed from 2 day load out to one without me knowing. Your customer service at loadout is very slow and takes way too much time.

Please get IT dept to switch the main mode of screen layout to grid mode ilo list mode. When ever I am in grid mode it goes back to list mode and I lose where i was at. Very annoying. A dark mode would also be nice.

Drove for 2 hours to pick up my items at the north phx location there was a wreck on the freeway and I was 10 minutes late. They were still unloading a bunch of people but wouldn't let me in. I explained to them how far I drove and that there was a wreck but they wouldn't let me get my items. I had referred quite a few people to this auction but I'm surely going to inform them how rude and inconsiderate these people are. I will never spend another dime on an auction here. Don't use these people for auctions unless you want to be disappointed and treated like crap.

I picked up the items I won in your North auction. When I got home I noticed one item that I signed for was missing. It must fallen off my cart in the parking lot heading for my truck. I returned the next morning and asked if you had it. They checked and said that it wasn’t there. Four days later it showed up in your auction. I know because the labels on the box where the same exact labels on the box that I lost in the parking lot.

My first time using auction nation. I bid a max bid of 250 a day before. They bid the item up to 250. 5 items down from the item i bid 250 on went for 80.00. Wow. Be carful with this company. I don’t want the item now. They left a bad taste in my mouth. Look on google they had to pay over 260k back to people for bidding stuff up.

Some of the products offer don’t have the proper information or are useless defective or have false advertising they need to put more information And also looks like the business increase and bid their self to increase prices Also refunds take to long to process if you remains them don’t process the refund Deal shop is one of them Or you buy something really good and think is the best deal and when you ready to pick up they don’t find your merchandise and later you see it in another auction
