The outdoor heater I bought did not mention on the website that it was dented, but when I picked it up it had a huge sticker saying dented. It would be nice to be able to get items faster, I often spend more than 45 minutes on items

Wait time for pick up exceeds an hour. Items with 24 hours garentee are frequently missing parts

I like the staff, the counter lady's is nice and they work fast to get you your products.

I bought 5 items. 1 wasn't the size truck cover they said it was, 1 was a completely fried piece of electronics, 1 was a broken solar cell and the last 2 food items as listed. Makes me concerned to try again.

The location on bell Road near the 17 is always on long waiting times with hardly any people. Things can’t be found so I would have to get my refund and a lot of miscommunication in that specific location ( dealchopz )

Please the pictures and discrptions if an item is damaged or missing something at least say what it is or picture it. So we know what we’re bidding on. And east Phoenix r needs to step up the pick up response time. Always takes me an hour at least. Way to long for the hours they allot for pickup
