Used items are not well described.

There is a general lack of consistency between locations in regards to listing accurately, refund policy, selling defective items, etc. North and East relatively good but West was a terrible experience (won't even look seriously at the items from there anymore) and mixed results at the other two that were purchased from at this point.

Always a smooth simple process. Great products too.

Super frustrating when owner/house bids on their items - they always bid the price up 50%. Then what you won is missing parts:( 90% of what I buy is missing parts, &/or wrong items in the box (not what box showed). Or something is defective and a customer returned and now it’s on the auction. Nellie auction posts on their site if it’s new, used, broken, defective so customers can decide if they want to buy - not the bait and switch. Never get responses from sellers when your looking at pictures of new items and it says for reference only, then you win and it’s used and broken:(
