Bad service at auction Nation at the collection side

Auction Nation R21 service is bad on the collection side, auction Nation used to be one of the best in the country. To collect a car it takes nearly 2 hours. People jumping the queue no one seem to be supervising those ladies. Please guys bring back the people who used to run this company. To register for auction takes forever but before it was simple

Save 1/2 off from retail prices!

I have bought numerous items from Auction Nation over the years and I usually happy with my purchase. I save 1/2 to 2/3 off of retail simply because the box is damaged in most cases!

They keep selling the same item as 24 guarantee but, the part needs to be marked as is as it is used.

my auction purchase was not there

I went to pick up my auction purchase, a security door) in Mesa.. and they didn’t have it. They don’t know where it went. Then they didn’t give me the second item that I had paid for. I called and let them know, but they never called me back!

Nation Auction Bellville Douth

branch. The salesman person name was Raymond. He advertised a Opel Mokka 1.4 Turbo , red in colour for R49 000. He first asked us to pay a deposit. After that he came back asking for full amount as the bank is refusing to release the car that is under 50K from the auction list without the full amount. We paid the whole amount in a Capitec Bank Account provided. And when it was time for us to get the car they claimed they was outstanding VAT and also that they made a mistake of giving us the discount, we must pay the discount back. We did as we felt the deal was good and the company name is reputable. Just before our appointment they claimed that the traffic department is refusing to release the car license due to outstanding fines. That’s when we suspected that something was not right. The total amount taken from us 57K.

You didn't get the item but were winning at close?!

Have had winning bid at close dozens of times just to find out at pickup that someone bid after close or the item "wasn't available" One of two possibilities here: - their programming sucks and the 3m extension has a que error and/or geosync timing is off -OR they're cherry picking lots and post bidding after close to sell for cash out the back door. Screen shot the winning bidder numbers and watch the pattern

The purchase is pretty easy. I had to wait a long time to pick up the items at the warehouses. They are short staffed
