Vorsicht! Der shop arbeitet mit Payolution zusammen. Kauf auf Rechnung ist trügerisch. Retouren werden nicht oder spät verbucht und schwupps hat man Mahnungen mit horrenden Gebühren und Androhung von Inkassobüro am Hals.

The clothes don’t fit well and some feel poorly made. I bout around $300 worth of clothes, returned them the day after and I’m still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later.

I would genuinely leave zero star if I could. Do not use this company, their customer services is slow and their policies are ridiculous. I placed an order with Navabi and was notified the next day that it had been despatched giving me a tracking number for DPD. When checked the tracking data stated that whilst DPD had received the parcel data they had not yet received the parcel. I waited nearly 2 weeks and they status didn’t change so I raised a query with Navabi as to where my item was. The responded 2 days later saying they would look into it, when no response came I chased again to be told the parcel was lost. I was told that if I wanted a replacement I would have to reorder myself, and even worse if I wanted my money back for the lost item, I would have to go through the hassle of downloading and filling in a document, then scanning and returning to obtain a refund. The form was an oath of trust to prove I hadn’t received the parcel! I refused to do this as the parcel clearly never even made it to the courier and that can be seen by the tracking data. I have been told unless I do this I am not getting a refund. I find the whole process prosperous, that I have to go to trouble to get my money back, when the parcel has never even left their warehouse to arrive with their courier! I will never use this company again.

I love Navabi!

I have been shopping at Navabi for around 10 years now (I think). So many fantastic designers and to cater for budget to luxury. I am in the UK but usually receive items within a few days of ordering, up to a week if there's a massive sale on. I have items which I love and a few which I have had to send back; years ago, the process of making a return was complicated but in the last few years, this has been massively simplified and it's now as simple as just popping in to the local post office. Refunds have always been very quick and I've never had to complain or quibble so was surprised to see so many negative comments on here about that. A few times I have contacted customer service and have always found the representatives to be polite and helpful so again, I was surprised to hear so many negative comments from other people. I tend to shop mostly when there are discounts, and there are some excellent discounts almost all the time. I'm a really big fan of this company although I do miss the purely lagenlook elements and the lovely videos of the owner wearing the clothes and describing the drape, the fabric etc.

Waste of money.

They say they are a designer brand for plus size. The clothing is badly cut and poor quality. The proportions are weird and the clothes don't look like the pictures. You can't just cut a small patter bigger

Au début

Au début, j'étais ravie...et puis finalement, les vêtements ne supportent pas d'être portés plus d'une dizaine de fois sans que les coutures craquent, les boutons tombent, et des marques d'usure apparaissent...sous les bras d'une chemise ample en lin, portée moins de 10 fois... J'avais commandé essentiellement des vêtement en lin, mais avec d'autres marques, je les porte au moins deux ans...qu'elles soient plus ou moins chères que navabi. Je ne commande plus.

Einmal nie wieder!!

Einmal nie wieder!!! Hatte mir 1 teil bei navabi auf Rechnung bestellt. Musste erst mal noch 2 1/2 Wochen darauf warten,dazu sah es echt beschidssen aus und passte auch nicht richtig. Also schickte ich es 2 Tage später zurück. Dann bekam ich 1 Monat später eine Mahnung. Ich schrieb sofort den Kundendienst an,dass ich vor einem Monat es zurück gesendet habe. Ich solle ihnen die sendungsnummer durch geben,die ich natürlich nach einem Monat nicht mehr hatte. Darauf hin hieß es,dass die Sendung wahrscheinlich schon angekommen wäre,aber noch nicht im system. 2 Tage später wieder eine Mahnung. Nun kam auch noch eine dritte per post. Zum Glück ging es über die DHL Packstation und hoffe,dass ich durch die kartennummer an die sendungsnummer ran komme. Unter aller Kanone!

Good quality items, poor quality service especially loyalty points scheme

The clothes featured on Navabi are mostly of really good quality and design, I have had some fails but on the whole it's positive. On the other hand they have a loyalty points scheme which is at best questionable. I have been buying clothes from them for over 2 years and have accrued enough points on each purchase, I have never received the vouchers for money off my purchases. I have contacted them on a number of times about this and each time received a different answer all incorrect, one untrue. The company needs to invest in a proper translation tool as the Google translate is appalling, if you're marketing internationally this is essential.

Es so enttäuschend..

Es so enttäuschend... Habe immer gerne bei NAVABI eingekauft. Zuletzt habe ich mir im Sale ein Kleid angesehen. Es war mir aber mit 100,00 Euro noch zu teuer. Dann kam am 08.08.19 die Mail, dass man sich aussuchen kann, was man möchte und den Code SORRY20 eingeben soll. Das habe ich dann auch voller Freude getan. Schwupp, nun kostete das Kleid 80,00 Euro und der Versand 1,99 Euro. Am 09.08.2019 bekam ich eine Mail mit der Rechnung und da kostete das Kleid wieder 100,00 Euro. Habe am 10.08.19 widersprochen. In der Antwort hieß es dann, der Code wäre nicht hinterlegt gewesen, also, ich habe den Code nicht eingegeben, und damit ist die höhere Rechnung gerechtfertigt. Habe heute noch einmal angerufen, aber man kann da nichts mehr machen... Ich bin über alle Maßen enttäuscht. Hat NAVABI es wirklich nötig, mit so einer Masche auf Kundenfang zu gehen? Ich fühle mich betrogen und übers Ohr gehauen.
