Bestellung aus Holland: Für beinahe 500 EUR Sachen bestellt und bezahlt. Jedes einzelne Teil ist auf der Website ausgewisen mit Ëxpressversand 1-2 Werktage". Inzwischen ist eine Woche vergangen, und ich habe die Sachen noch stets nicht. In meiner Bestellhistorie kann ich sehen, dass Navabi meine Bestellung noch gar nicht bearbeitet hat. Kundendienst per Chat kontaktiert - die Dame verabschiedete sich, nachdem ich meine Problem geschildert hatte, mit "Moment bitte"- und tauchte nicht wieder auf. Navabi per Facebook kontaktiert - keine Antwort. Schade. Eigentlich ein schöner Laden.
Appalling Customer Service
The customer service department is terrible. Before Christmas I placed orders for several items so that I could choose the best. I have tried to return the dress that I didn't want. When the return wasn't acknowledged and no refund received I contacted Navabi and was asked to be patient as they had a backlog. This seemed reasonable given the time of year but after another week without news I contacted them by phone and the lady promised that she would look into it and someone would be in touch the next day. I didn't hear a thing. I went away over Christmas but still hadn't heard anything by the New Year. I then received an email saying that the return hadn't been logged and nothing further until this morning when an email arrived saying the return was late and I would be charged a late fee and the remaining balance refunded via a voucher. The late fee was over £20! I contacted Navabi again but they were insistent that company policy only allowed returns within 14 days. I disputed the assertion that the item had been returned late; I'd emailed regarding what I then felt was a late refund 7 days before they claim the item arrived back, I had a dated post office receipt which I had sent them. There was just no logic in their actions, no justification for their attitude. When I asked where their policy regarding late penalty fees was shared with customers, because this was the first I'd heard of it, Navabi just didn't respond. I searched the website and my paperwork but this policy is not referenced - I am left wondering if this policy is out there in the public domain and if it isn't, is what Navabi are trying to do in taking a late fee even legal?. My experience shopping with Navabi has been extremely negative. Don't believe the rhetoric about returns being uncomplicated - they are anything but. The inflexability of the customer service department, their refusal to answer very reasonable questions, their insistence that they were right and I was wrong, that the fault couldn't possibly be with their system, the fact that they kept repeating the same dogma over and over, day after day - was all extremely hurtful - I felt debased and dehumanised. There was no doubt in my mind that they didn't believe a word I was saying. I do not say this llightly but I truly felt bullied, the butt of the aggression of a large company. This is hard to take from an organisation that sets its up as a champion for larger ladies. It's very often hard for large ladies to feel at ease in the world, but to be further sanctioned and bullied by a company claiming to be on their side is very hard. I've lost faith in Navabi and will not be shopping there again. Thank fully there are a growing number of UK retailers who are stocking wonderful clothes in large sizes. Six weeks from the date of the return I am still waiting for any refund (a considerable amount too, over one hundred and fifty pounds). It now feel like my money has simply been stolen and my rights as a consumer are being abused .

I have to say that if I could give no stars then I would as dealing with this company has been the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a dress for a ball that I was attending on 17th November, I paid £10 extra for next day delivery. I received an email from Customer Service stating that unfortunately the dress cannot be delivered the next day as they have used a different delivery service and they will refund my £10 back. I rang the contact at Customer Service and asked when do they expect the dress to arrive, not a difficult query, she said she had no idea where the parcel was and so she couldn’t say. I asked for a refund so that I could purchase another dress else where, they couldn’t do that as I could receive the parcel eventually!! I then asked her for a reasonable timeline in when I could expect a refund if the parcel does not arrive, as she had no clue where the dress was, All she kept saying was how sorry she was and there was nothing she could do! I did eventually receive the dress a week later, even though they were advertising next day delivery for Black Friday! So my return saga begins, not very confident that this was going to go well!! In the parcel it states to return to the post office, which I did, they refused to take the parcel as it was a Hermes delivery. So I emailed asking where I should take this parcel no response, so I called the customer service team, they couldn’t tell me... I felt that as I had received such a bad service they should have arranged for Hermes to collect the parcel but no and they couldn’t tell me where I could drop the parcel off, I googled it and found out my nearest drop off point, by now it is 4th December. Dropped off parcel and waited and waited. On the 20th December I called the customer service line again, they had no confirmation on where the parcel is so no refund! I had to email proof of receipt which I did and I called back the next day, the conversation went like this Have you received my email with the receipt of parcel, yes we have - so can I now please have a refund- no you cannot - why not? - we don’t have confirmation from the warehouse that the parcel is there? - what after 2 weeks since I returned said parcel you don’t have confirmation even with the receipt? That’s correct so you can’t have a refund yet, once the warehouse has confirmed then it will take another 10 days to refund your money- erh why so long? - it’s our policy - ok so let’s start again, your customer service has been awful right from the start, so why can’t you pick the phone up to the warehouse and get confirmation? - we can’t do that, dont you know how many thousands of parcels are received a day - lost for words!!! The conversation went on for half hour, I asked to speak to her superior who just so happened to be the original contact who had had spoken to right at he start! Her response was to say once the warehouse confirms they have parcel she will arrange a refund the same day... in the end I had to put the phone down as my blood pressure was through the roof!! It is now the 4th January and after another call to them last night I have finally received the refund!!! Absolutely awful!!!

AVOID this company
AVOID - Returned a coat. Could only return at the post office. Have been waiting for over a month for the refund. Have escalated as a dispute with my credit card company. Will NEVER order from them again which is a shame because they have some nice designers. Look up the designers elsewhere.

You email them they don’t get back to you. Don’t refund for weeks. I am still waiting!!! Not a good service at all. AVOID

Ich liebe Navabi! Seitdem ich Navabi entdeckt habe, kaufe ich nirgendwo anders mehr ein. Die Qualität ist super, die Lieferung schnell und auch sonst kann ich mich nicht beklagen.

Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.Navabi ist super.Perfekt abgestimmter Onlineshop mit Grössentabellen zu jedem einzelnen Kleidungsstück sowie Passformberatung.Hier kann man auch über Warenwert von 200 Euro noch per Rechnung bestellen.Zahlung und Retouren gehen immer einwandfrei von statten.Bestelle immer wieder gerne dort.
Sehr schlechter Kundenservice
Lange Lieferzeit! Dann defektes Paket erhalten und einfach vor die Haustüre abgelegt. Wer wohl eine Lieferbestätigung unterschrieben hat? Über 3 Wochen konnte man wegen technischen Problemen bei Navabi keinen Retourenadresse bestellen. Bestellungen aus der Schweiz unter Navabi.ch: Damit ist nicht klar, dass die Lieferung aus Deutschland kommt und mit Mehrkosten verbunden ist. Auch bei einer totalen Retoure werden Mehrkosten gnadenlos verrechnet und dem Kunden Mahnungen mit dem guten Rat geschickt, sofort zu zahlen. Trotz vollständiger Rücksendung der Lieferung, erhebt Navabi zusätzliche Portokosten, welche bei der Bestellung allerdings als Gratisrücksendung deklariert werden. Keinerlei Kundenservice und Kulanz für undeklarierte Zusatzkosten bei den Retouren. Kundenservice einfach nur miserabel. Fazit: Nie wieder Navabi!!!
