Probably the worst company I’ve ever experienced. It’s disgusting how they take advantage of students who don’t know much about bills. If anyone is considering this company please don’t. I’m pretty sure all their positive reviews are fake. In June when we didn’t use the heating we were charged £150 each for the month. Even now, nearly a year after leaving the contract they’re trying to get more money from my house. Having incorrectly overcharged us £3000, it took about 10 calls to correct that charge and now they’ve made another error for another charge.

If I could give a 0 review I would. Bunch charged us two full months of heating and electricity for a property we were not occupying. When questioned about it they said they were unaware that there was a meter in the property, and therefore charged us on an estimate. They have not refunded us based on the actual readings which could be obtained from the supplier. In addition to this we were contacted by a Thames to pay a separate water bill which we paid directly to Thames but have not been refunded by Bunch for the water expense on our bill. This has been going on for three months and we have still not been refunded.

Cancelling utilities
After trying to cancel utilities and broadband from The Bunch and not receiving sensible response, I was finally able to get utilities cancelled with helpful sensible input from Alun
Fantastic service and deal!
I had Jordan on the phone and he was very friendly and accepting of my bank card being awkward. There was complete transparency with the bill and allowances. Highly recommend Bunch to anyone!
Avoid this company
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Moved out of my flat in October and The Bunch continued to collect the monthly payment. Formally complained in January, which they failed to log or investigate, but they continued taking the payment. Had an email at the end of February requesting a further payment of £140 before they will sort out my refund of nearly a £1000. Have now complained to the financial ombudsman and requesting my bank reverse the payments. They have left me financially under pressure due to their incompetence.
