Avoid using The Bunch

Would strongly recommend to avoid using the bunch. I was given a contact (Jim Kelly) who was to have an introductory call with me on a Friday at 15:40. At 15:45 Jim cancelled the call and booked another call for 15:40 the following Monday without contacting me. After several emails and calls to Jim, he rang me on the Monday. I complained that I had been trying to get hold of him and that the rate they were charging us going forward was too high. I also asked for our contract to be cancelled due to these reasons. Jim confirmed the cancellation and confirmed I would receive my refund in 3-5 days. Two weeks later there is no sign of any refund and I cannot get hold of Jim or anyone at The Bunch.

Here's the negetive one. Dodgy folks, play it safe protect your money and avoid the bunch. Used these guys in Nottingham, paid them on a fixed tarriff monthly for the duration of our tennancy, on checking our useage throughout the year we were under on gas, electric and water by a significant amount and were told any over payments would be refunded at the end. Until They decided at the end of the tennancy that the quoted amount was wrong and that we owed an extra £260.

The Bunch is untrustworthy.

The Bunch is untrustworthy. I used the Bunch in 2023-2024 as my package supplier for energy+water+broadband. It has now been 6 months since I ended my contract with them and I am still receiving incorrect bills and dishonesty from them. List of my issues: 1. Random bills with no prior warning- e.g. We have adjusted your bill and you must now pay £700 a week from today 2. Poor customer service- I told them my contract was a 12-month tenancy at the start. They continued to take payments from me for months after it had ended then tried to apply a cancellation fee when I did not cancel. I also re-provided my tenancy agreement to which someone said it needs to say the exact date but my agreement only said 12 months from 21/06/23 which is a year... 3. Hidden Charges - They provided no clear contract during your application and purposefully do not make you aware of their hidden terms and conditions. I originally signed up for broadband that they later discovered wasn't compatible with my flat. After finishing my contract they sent me a £200 fee for not returning the router which was never made clear to me despite hours of phone calls to discuss this exact router. Further to this last point If they had told me to return the router I would have... To prove my point, I am a full time working engineer who fortunately is educated enough and makes enough money to deal with this difficulty but someone not so fortunate would find themselves receiving incorrect bills, over charges, hidden cancellation fees, hidden fees for routers, hour long waits on calls, poor email communication, lack of common sense, I can go on. Overall I would say that they do not care about their customers and I mostly experienced them trying to charge me incorrectly for my bills. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Thanks,
