It should be my choice

I've ended up with this company because they blocked me from using other companies and I couldn't be arsed with all the messing around phoning back and forwards between these and other companies they blocked from taking Me on then they ask for a review I'm paying £16 more a month so not too much but it's a joke the building was with this company not me so I shouldn't be blocked

Don't use the bunch

Awful company, terrible customer service. They beg for you to leave them a review on Trustpilot as soon as you choose them, so don't be fooled by the vague 5 star reviews. They overcharge for everything and have absolutely no transparency. Still waiting on a response from their customer service from a month ago on an unnecessary charge but they don't have the energy to even respond. They're more than happy to take your money but as soon as you are entitled to money back from them, they're silent. Please do not get stuck into a contract with them!

Amazing customer service

Had to contact Bunch about the start of my account. Used the live chat which was quick and easy. I dealt with Amelie and James who were both quick to reply and answered all my questions. Customer service at it’s very best - thank you

One of the best out there

wait time was not bad and the customer service representatives are always great, willing to help, and efficient. Jordan Quayson served me today and he was great, I would recommend The Bunch because of people like him.
