Save the heart ache and set it all up yourself, it will save you hundreds of pounds.

So where do I start, first beware of using them, they will over charge you every month, and you cannot set up a direct debit, so you will need to pay by card and they take the payment out on different dates. I have left them, and on my monthly bill, it shows that I did not use my monthly entitlement, so when I received my final bill, I was absolutely amazed to see them that I still owed them £350, considering I was paying £170 per month. You will also find it hard attempting to leave them, as they want to give you extra charges and they will attempt to bully you into staying with them. I have been waiting for the 8 weeks, expecting to see if I was due any refunds, but never expected for me to be owing them £350. Now, the customer service team are exceptionally good and setting up with them is so easy, but honestly, it is not worth the heart ache I feel like the only option will be to take them to the energy ombudsman.
