I have been ignored by Bunch for 3 weeks now. I have been in my new home for 3 weeks and I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving. I have waited to get through on a call for 45 mins and finally gave up, emails 3 times, went on chat and got a nothing reply from Raqib to say everyone’s off ill hence the lack of reply but he didn’t feel inclined to reply to my emails, pick up the phone and call me or do anything besides fob me off. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do not go through them. Their customer service is beyond rubbish. I have been asking them a question for 3 months on my electricity bill and they haven’t even come back to me once. There is no transparency and no one knows what goes on behind as as a client there is no visibility of what your bills are. You are just going with their word which could be true or could not who knows. If they were serious they would come back to customers concerns but no answer from them.

I called Bunch and got through to Jordan - who was amazingly helpful! We had issues with our payments and not only did he explain everything in a lot of detail, but also reiterated any questions I had and clarified these answers. He was able to solve my issues in a very fast time frame - my issue was solved within the hour!
