RIP off merchants!

RIP off merchants!! I received my final bill from bunch today. They claim I over used at the start of my contract to the tune of £240.00 but gave no proof of this! Now I can’t prove either way but given at the start I was paying them £156.00 per month and I live in a 1 bed property and my first bill from new energy supplier is under £96 I’ll leave the rest up to you. I have seen several other reviews who are having similar experiences and have to say those that leave 5 star reviews…really??! Anyway I’ve authorised that £240 to be collected then my dealings with bunch are well and truly over. Anyone reading this don’t trust Bunch, go direct to save yourself money. I’ve just been notified there was a mistake on my account and now receiving a refund. Meg has informed me of such so credit where it’s due!…my overall opinion won’t change
