Avoid at all costs. Rip off and they don’t care.

I am absolutely disgusted with the… I am absolutely disgusted with the bunch and the level of service they offer. We joined then may 2023 and immediately the cost doubled of what we would be paying monthly. We asked to leave but they wouldn’t allow us due to it being out of the 2 week notice (we set it up in advance of moving in) even with the increased costs and we would have to buy out the WHOLE contract to do so, but who on earth would do that or has the money to?! Throughout the contract we had multiple other issue of them setting up things etc but the real issue is upon leaving.. luckily if you over pay you have a credit you can “get back at the end”. It’s about £700. Our contract ended over 5 months ago. Do we have the money yet? No. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE USELESS THIEVES WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND THRN NEVER REFUND YOU. During a cost of living crisis you should be absolutely disgusted with what you are doing
