Good Customer Service
Tiantra (customer service team) was very helpful and quick in resolving my issue with logging into the portal. This was much better than the AI Bot at the beginning (which wasn’t much help at all), and I really appreciated being able to get support from a human.

17th Sept I got an invoice that my bills were to go from £222 to £457. Confused and worried as my meter readings and usage doesn’t equate the that much increase, I called up. “We will pass this onto our billing team, this doesn’t look right”. Getting closer to the billing date, I called again, no action had been taken, but again the customer service person said that the change in price was definitely incorrect and far too much. I was told it would be escalated as a priority and my payment put on hold. …the payment comes out. I call up again, and I’m told the same thing, AGAIN. But this time they think it’s an issue on the suppliers end so they’ll contact then. And tell me they’ll issue a refund. A couple weeks later and I still haven’t received a refund, I call up get refunded but I am told that the same issue is not fixed. I’m told my invoice next month should go back to normal. Spoiler- it didn’t. I called up again before the payment came out, don’t worry! We will hold the payment and sort that out for you. Nope. Over charged again. So I call up, get a refund, it’s an issue that’s happening with numerous peoples accounts apparently. My contract when it was renewed, did actually give me any extra allowance so it looks like I’m constantly over using. This, funnily enough, is what I told the agent MONTHS ago after doing my own investigation. I’m also told there’s not current solution. So Bunch, hear me when I say, you are openly going against our contract terms. You are openly breaching our agreement. You are openly breaching your terms and conditions. You are unlawfully breaching my rights as a consumer. You are knowingly over charging me and not resolving this issue which has been withstanding for months. You know there is an issue, but I see no effort for it to be fixed and understand that every time that overpayment happens, it puts me into financial hardship until I eventually receive refunds. And next month you will do the same.
