Helpful Customer Service Despite Problematic System

When I encountered difficulties with incorrect invoices/payments, Meg was quick to reply and incredibly helpful. She has been such a lovely point-of-contact to have during my tenancy, and I could not praise her enough! Very grateful for all her help.

DO NOT GO WITH THE BUNCH

UPDATE**** They finally sent us the correct statement of £96 each.. but have charged me 5 times in the last 2 days, two payments have gone through. This is diabolical. *Another update*: called to complain, and they have taken money out successfully a 3rd time even after calling customer service and saying it will be resolved. I am in tears with the financial stress this company are putting on me. Whenever speaking to customer service we get wishy washy answers. After being overcharged at the start of our tenancy it took us months for it to be resolved. Things settled for a while until recently,I have received my most previous tenancy bunch bills final bill (more than 8 weeks after being moved out) and we are being charged £300 EACH for 'using more energy than predicted'. This must be near impossible as my flatmates and I are very good with energy use and uploaded meter readings. I have gone with them for 2 years now and should've learnt my lesson after the first time. In my original tenancy 2 years ago they handed us over to another energy provider for a short period at the end of the contract without informing us, albeit the contract says they can do this (it is a 'deemed contract') we were blindsided and then received a huge charge that cropped up 2 YEARS LATER. It's incredibly disappointing and I hope they stop scamming students soon and become much more transparent. Highly disappointed and for the 3rd time, stressed about financial worries caused by them. I'm not sure how this is even legal.

"Extremely Disappointed with…

"Extremely Disappointed with Overcharging and Unfair Contract Terms" I am absolutely frustrated with this company. Not only are they consistently overcharging me on my water and gas bills, but when I tried to resolve the issue, they refused to let me terminate my contract even though I’ve had multiple billing discrepancies. The customer service is unhelpful, and no one seems to take responsibility for the errors. It’s impossible to get a straight answer, and when I finally get through, they just push me off with vague explanations. I am stuck paying inflated rates, and I feel completely trapped in a contract that doesn’t reflect the services I’m receiving. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are much better options out there that treat their customers fairly.
