I wish I could rate 0 stars

I wish I could rate 0 stars. Ima students. They say your charge will be one rate in summer holiday for me 60£ a month and then it increases in term time to 100£ a month which was cleverly hidden in the fine print. They say they will refund unused services. It’s been 12 weeks still haven’t got my money I’ve been calling every week and told it will come next week. Don’t use this supplier they will cheat you in every way they can

Do NOT use the bunch

Do NOT use the bunch. We were supplied with a WiFi router which never worked and have been charged for a year’s worth of WiFi usage. We have since returned the router and have still not been refunded for this service despite months of emailing back and forth. Feels like the company is designed to exploit students.

Made Sorting Bills Stress-Free

I recently had an positive experience with Sandia, who helped me sort out my bills over the phone. As someone with AUDHD, dealing with financial tasks can feel overwhelming, but Sandia made it all so manageable. They took me through each step patiently, provided clear options, and by the end of our 30-minute call, everything was fixed and sorted. I couldn’t be more grateful for the support. Thank you, Sandia, for making this process so much easier!

Extortionate, scamming, and likely illegal!

The Bunch are the worst utilities company that you can go with - they know this, and have an obvious business model based around grooming and enticing easily exploitable first time clients (students) with dreamy deals. They then provide as little as possible whilst constantly offering more packages to finally make the client receive what they are legally owed. Once your contract finally ends, they try and seek as many options to add made up charge to your bills - in our case all whilst being in credit to our group of 7 around £130 each person.

EXTORTIONATE and shady legality - do not use!

The Bunch are the worst company I have ever dealt with: - Issues arise constantly. - The outreach and customer support is incredibly poor in managing these issues, clearly something done purposefully as to extract as much money from clients by deferring issues in the hopes that the customer loses interest (having an actual life). - Purposefully deceitful when handling customers (mostly students who they obviously target as easiest to abuse), offering packages that they know won't work, not supplying energy whilst happily accepting payments for services they know are non-functional. The list goes on.
