amazing customer service

had some issues with payments and the customer service agent Amelie was amazing, super helpful and really quick to fix the problem, i’m an NHS worker with very little time to make calls when i’m working long hours due to long hold times for every company, so to have a quick service online like this took a lot of stress off my plate - Thank you Amelie! :)

Matt has easily been the most helpful…

Matt has easily been the most helpful member of staff I have spoken to at the bunch after an estimated bill of £283 was quoted to me for my next monthly bill. I made 9 phone calls and send 3 emails chasing this and requesting assistance and Matt was the only person who managed to rectify the issue in hand. He was empathetic to my situation and immediately made suggestions of how he could help, as I was unable to afford the addition cost of £283 to be monthly utility bill. He raised a dispute with the provider and will remain in contact with me, providing updates until this has been fully resolved.

Still waiting for final bill. Account closed, claim tobe chasing final bill from supplier. 4/5 months. Customer service only deflect. Next step Offical compliant and industry Ombudsman.

Stay FAR away from Bunch

Several issues cumulating from the very beginning of my contact with Bunch has lead me to this. Trying to report meter readings and when you do they ‘forget’ to check on them for months but they still take your money. Months of payments directly to the company without fail, and yet I receive complains from the energy supplier that we haven’t been paying our bills (that Bunch is meant to manage). Where is our money going? Legal action will take place if Bunch doesn’t respond in a timely fashion (which will be a first with their procrastinating, blame-shifting approach to any issues brought up). This is a serious issue and I would recommend anyone who comes across this business to STAY AWAY
