Terrible service. We entered into an agreement wth the Bunch in March 2024. The first few months were difficult as we were overcharged from the day we moved in. They wouldn't refund us the difference even once we provided the meter reading. Fast forward to now, October 2024, they have increased our bill by £200 based on 'estimated usage'. We have provided a meter reading and it still shows our actually usage is still no more than £135 per month. They are now charging us over twice this figure. We have asked for a refund and the agent on the phone just seemed very incompetent at his job. Constantly saying he needs to 'speak with a manager'. We are seeking the refund for all of the overpaid months and looking to cancel so we can move away with no further payments. If this is not actioned accordingly, this will be escalated to the financial ombudsman. Overcharging customers based on what you deem 'estimated usage' and not allowing that customer to redeem their money back when it's been proven they have not used is theft.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We were paying extortionate prices all year for terrible service. As a student house we were ripped off and when we tried to get in contact to dispute this they told us to wait 12 weeks for an answer which we never received. Today, 4 months after the contract ended, they have charged us an extra £52 each. I have not received an explanation as to what this charge is for - it just came out of my account. I would recommend you go with any other company besides the Bunch Reply to message - if this is the case, I did not receive an email with the breakdown prior to the money being taken out of my account. Further, the customer service aspect of my review still stands. Having questioned how much higher our ‘usage’ was in comparison to our meter readings and being told it would take 12 weeks for you to get back to us (which is already ridiculously long), we never heard anything back. Big ripoff company especially for student houses. Do not use

Awful company. We had no electric gas or WiFi for the first two and half months as our metre readings kept being declined and we were cut off completely. They then didn’t pay one of our bills and we had a debt collection agency after us threatening court or blacklisting. Our agreement ended 13 weeks ago and we are owed over £2000 which we have chased multiple times but still have heard nothing. Do not use
