I am sorry but your latest invoice doesn't make any sense. You told me that there will be an investigation after accepting your mistake. You are supposed to divide that total amount between 5 people who lived in that property. Your latest invoice still shows 4 people. That means you are still trying to get the money from the people you can by hook or by crook. This is just disgusting, please chase that person who lived in that house and never paid his bill. Until you amend this and send us the accurate bill I am sorry, this bill won't get paid.

No help whatsoever, was told I would be refunded 17 weeks ago and have chased multiple times a week since and still nothing, they owe me hundreds of pounds.
