Another Advice they reply here faster than their chat boot or email. I joined in February my water bill usage was 655£ I been complaining about since and now its £1232 still waiting for their call I think they gonna call me in 2025 feb when my contract gonna finish and I have to pay the amount.thats the plan they have.

do not trust

to all students who are thinking of joining the bunch, DO NOT. this company will make you think that it has great offers on gas, electric, water, and wifi, but then they will screw you over with bills at the end of your tenancy that will make you regret it. myself and two of my closest friends lived together in a student house and when we left we were told we had to pay a £300 overuse bill, fine, we payed it. 2 months later we apparently owe them over £1000 each, after many attempts to contact them regarding the issue, they agreed to dispute the bill as they apparently realised that the bill was incorrect and would carry out a full investigation for myself and my two friends who were also charged, and what do they do… DRUMROLL… 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 they still attempt to charge us. absolutely disgusting. a contract with the bunch is like a toxic relationship, sure it’s great at the start, then it gets complicated in the middle, then in the end they completely ruin your life and you are left with nothing but regret and debt. these are words coming from a past customer, take my advice and find somewhere better. i now have to face not only having to pay back a bill of £1000 i ‘owe’ them, but i also have to do that on top of paying back my student overdraft as well as paying rent for my flat as well.

NEVER USE BUNCH

This company is disgusting and embarrassing. I have waited 2 months for a refund for them overcharging us by about £200 a month, and not once have we been contacted by anyone that works here and anytime we call they say "it's been escalated and you'll here back by the end of the week". About 6 ends of the weeks later and still nothing !!!!!
