Disgusting firm lost my job explained that would be late paying the next month i had still not gained employment and tax credits was in process when they called me again i explained and they said QUOTE! Well thats funny because thats what you said last month, you need to pay in full today then persisted to call me every day on mobile phones by the way never from a landline, when i said i wasnt happy with there customer service and wanted the name of my suppliers so i could contact them direct they said ok we will but it will take a week or so to arrange then just kept calling and emailing me about the balance 3 months later i still dont know who my supplier is so called British gas to swap my service only to find that the bunch has put a block it British gas were going to charge me £91 pcm for the same service the bunch were are charging me £155 a month ABSOLUTE COWBOYS with roadmen as customer service who hound you from mobile phones they should be advertising 3 4 1 instead of 3 services 1 payment

Do not use this company!

Without doubt the biggest scam of a company ever. Please save yourself the stress and don’t sign up with these. They overcharge and their customer service is shocking. They invent charges and bills. Absolute scum. Their 1/2 star reviews are fake. Just click on 1 star reviews and see how many recent ones there are. They just try to bleed their customers dry. Awful.
