Been waiting since June for a repayment…
Been waiting since June for a repayment after being told that we were over £3000 in credit. When questioned on this I am repeatedly told it’s their busiest time of year, surely they have this every year? Not impressed at all by shocking customer service.

Easy process to set up and they stay in touch about anything they need eg meter readings, information. Had no issues! Generous amount of usage with the bills including a refund for what we didn’t use :)
